Multiple Styles of Mobile Toilets

Admin October 05, 2026

Mobile toilets come in a variety of styles, which can be mainly classified into categories based on structural form, mobility method, material, sewage treatment method, and other special designs. Here is a detailed introduction:

In terms of structural form, there are single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. Single-structure toilets are relatively independent and simple, suitable for scenarios with small space requirements and single functional needs; composite-structure toilets are more complex and may integrate multiple functional areas to meet richer usage demands.

From the perspective of mobility method, they can be divided into hoisting and handling-type mobile toilets and powered and trailer-type mobile toilets. Hoisting-type toilets require the assistance of cranes for handling. Due to their relatively fixed mobility, they are suitable for fixed locations such as construction sites; trailer-type toilets come with wheels, offering flexible and convenient mobility. For large-scale events like music festivals where the venue may change frequently, trailer-type mobile toilets can well adapt to such needs.

In terms of materials, plastic toilets are lightweight and inexpensive, providing excellent cost-effectiveness for temporary use on construction sites; color-steel toilets have heat and sound insulation properties and can be designed with a relatively attractive appearance, commonly found in parks and streets where there are certain requirements for the environment and appearance; fiberglass toilets are molded as a whole, sturdy and durable, with strong impact resistance, and are not easily damaged even when subjected to external forces, playing an important role in special scenarios such as disaster relief and emergency rescue; tent-style toilets are as easy to assemble and disassemble as setting up a tent, making them very suitable for temporary events and allowing for quick disassembly and storage after use.

Regarding sewage treatment methods, the waterless packing type is like a diaper, which is directly sealed after use and does not require a water source, suitable for water-scarce environments such as desert camping; the traditional water-flushing type needs to be connected to a sewage pipe and relies on an adequate water source, commonly found in scenic spots with relatively complete infrastructure; the foam-sealing type covers odors by squeezing foam, saving water and being environmentally friendly; the microbial degradation type can convert feces into fertilizer and is relatively common in ecological parks that emphasize environmental protection and resource recycling. In addition, there are also water-flushing and waterless-flushing suction types, circulating water-flushing types, etc.

There are also some specially designed mobile toilets. For example, an economical and practical model in gray and white features eight squatting positions, uses gray and white metal carved panels, has separate entrances for men's and women's toilets, is equipped with sliding windows and stone wall lamps on the front wall, has independent squatting positions in the toilet compartments, and is fully equipped with water, electricity, and sanitary ware.
