Mobile Toilet Movement

Admin September 20, 2026

Mobile toilet movement generally refers to mobile toilets, which are facilities that can be moved as a whole and provide toilet services to the public. They have the advantages of being movable, combinable, and easy to transport, making them suitable for various locations.

Suitable Locations

Mobile toilets are suitable for stations, docks, tourist attractions, villa areas, newly built residential communities, large construction sites, squares, densely populated public places, and bustling commercial streets. These locations often have temporary or fixed toilet needs, while traditional toilets have high construction costs, long construction periods, and are difficult to move. Mobile toilets can effectively solve these problems. For example, at large construction sites, as the project progresses, the construction area will constantly change, and mobile toilets can be adjusted at any time to meet the toilet needs of workers; at tourist attractions, the number of tourists increases significantly during holidays, and mobile toilets can be quickly deployed to areas with a high concentration of tourists to relieve toilet pressure.

Composition Structure

Mobile toilets generally consist of fecal sewage storage tanks (or fecal sewage treatment devices), floor slabs, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. The fecal sewage storage tank is used to collect and store fecal sewage, and some mobile toilets are equipped with fecal sewage treatment devices that can perform preliminary treatment on the sewage; sanitary ware includes toilets or squat pans, providing a comfortable toilet experience for users; walls and roofs serve to protect against wind and rain and safeguard privacy; water tanks are used to store flushing water; and mobile devices enable the toilets to be easily moved and transported.

Classification Methods

According to the structural form, they can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets; according to the moving method, they can be divided into hoisting and handling mobile toilets, powered and towed mobile toilets; according to the sewage treatment method, they can be divided into water-flushing and non-water-flushing suction-type mobile toilets, circulating water-flushing mobile toilets, and dry-packing mobile toilets. Different types of mobile toilets have differences in function, cost, and usage scenarios. For example, dry-packing mobile toilets do not require water and are suitable for areas with scarce water resources; circulating water-flushing mobile toilets can recycle flushing water, saving water resources.
