Mobile Toilet Module Illustration

Admin September 28, 2026

Mobile toilet modules vary in structural design and functional configuration depending on their type. Below is an illustrated explanation of common types:

Module-type Mobile Public Toilets
This type centers on engineering vehicles and modular construction technology. The vehicle body uses a high-strength steel frame and lightweight composite material walls to ensure structural stability while controlling the curb weight (e.g., 13200kg), facilitating easy transportation and lifting. The power system is equipped with a 6.9L displacement engine (225kW power), meeting mobility needs and complying with China VI emission standards. The interior space is optimized for functional zoning through layout design (overall dimensions: 10730×2550×3950mm), typically including 2-3 independent toilets equipped with flushing systems, ventilation equipment, and lighting. Some customized models can add barrier-free facilities (e.g., handrails, ramps) or intelligent management systems (e.g., usage counters, air quality monitoring), suitable for urban temporary events, scenic spots, and other scenarios.

Container-type Toilet Modules
Designed specifically for field operations, these modules feature a sturdy structure integrating toilet, washing, lighting, ventilation, and sewage disposal functions. The rear is equipped with double doors, and each functional area has louvered doors to ensure ventilation and privacy. Core configurations include stainless steel squat toilets, sit toilets, high-low washbasins, water-saving faucets, powerful exhaust fans, diesel generator sets (providing independent power), dry powder fire extinguishers, and integrated distribution cabinets. The internal water and electrical circuits are uniformly managed by a customized control cabinet, featuring leakage protection and centralized control functions, adaptable to scenarios without fixed sanitation facilities such as emergency rescue and oil exploration, providing all-weather logistical support.

Integrated Mobile Toilets
The interior is divided into two rooms, each equipped with a steel door and a lighting switch by the door. One room is a shower room with a spacious interior, pre-installed showerhead and faucet, ready for use upon connecting to a water pipe; the shower side features sloped floor tiles for drainage, with a non-slip and wear-resistant marble floor, a 304 stainless steel faucet, and an adjustable showerhead flow rate; the module body is highly sealed, preventing water and air leakage. The other room is equipped with a pedestal sink (with a 304 stainless steel faucet), men's urinals (with flush valves installed), a corrugated roof panel, and a drainage outlet located below the toilet steps; the floor also uses marble material, and the toilet area is partitioned for privacy.

Warm-toned Apple Pod Toilets
These toilets adopt a warm-toned apple pod design with a dual-color exterior and complete signage attached. Double doors are installed in the middle to enhance thermal insulation. This design emphasizes a combination of aesthetic appeal and practicality, suitable for scenarios with high environmental harmony requirements, such as high-end events and cultural tourism projects.
