Mobile Toilet Mechanical Equipment
The mechanical equipment equipped on the Sinotruk Howo logistical support mobile toilet vehicle covers multiple systems including power, structure, sanitation, water and electricity, and auxiliary systems, as detailed below:

In terms of the power system, the vehicle's chassis adopts the Sinotruk Howo 4*2 National VI chassis, with an engine power of 257 kW, surpassing the 220 kW required in the bidding documents, providing core power for vehicle operation and equipment power supply. The generator is of the silent type and can be directly fueled from the chassis fuel tank. During operation, the electricity consumption does not exceed 90% of the rated power, ensuring stable power supply while reducing noise interference.
For the structural system, the upper body is made of high-quality carbon steel plates, with anti-rust and anti-fatigue properties meeting national standards, ensuring long-term use of the equipment. The walls adopt an integral frame structure with a skeleton and polyurethane filling. The roof of the vehicle is covered with anti-slip patterned aluminum plates. The door structure uses anodized aluminum profiles. Pre-buried parts are installed at all openings and load-bearing positions, and all gaps are filled with silicone to ensure structural stability and good sealing. The vehicle is equipped with a roof ladder for easy maintenance of the top equipment.
The sanitation system is richly configured, with a total of 6 vacuum suction-type squat toilets made of 316 stainless steel and 2 sit-down toilets to meet different usage needs. The vacuum pump has a power greater than 2 kW to ensure efficient suction of excreta. There are 2 sinks, each equipped with an independent faucet, and semi-body mirrors, hand sanitizer, tissue boxes, and other auxiliary facilities are provided to enhance convenience of use. Electric exhaust fans are installed on the top of the sanitation area, and one is also installed in each compartment to maintain air circulation.
In the water and electricity system, the vehicle is equipped with three water tanks, with a gray water tank capacity of 500 L to meet daily water needs. The vehicle is equipped with a general control cabinet inside, which includes a voltmeter, ammeter, insulation device, sensors, etc., enabling real-time monitoring of equipment operation status, and is equipped with indicator lights and sockets. A sewage pump with a motor power greater than 1.5 kW is specially provided for rapid sewage discharge. One 1.5P air conditioner is installed in each of the men's and women's areas, and independent lighting fixtures are installed in each compartment to provide a comfortable usage environment.
The auxiliary system includes warning lights installed on the roof and tail of the vehicle to enhance safety; it is equipped with a 10-meter-deep device (the specific purpose of the information is not clear), which may be used for operations or connections in special scenarios.
