Illustrated Tips for Material Selection of Mobile Toilets

Admin October 13, 2026

Material selection for mobile toilets should be comprehensively considered from aspects such as the main frame, exterior wall panels, interior wall and floor materials, and internal practical configurations. Here are specific material selection tips:

Main Frame: Prioritize hot-dip galvanized square steel welded frames. This type of frame offers excellent overall stability, is resistant to deformation, and has strong wind, sun, and corrosion resistance capabilities. Even when placed outdoors for long periods, it is less likely to lose paint or rust, significantly extending the service life of the mobile toilet. In contrast, toilets built with ordinary thin iron sheets or thin-walled square tubes, although lower in cost, are prone to loosening and rusting under long-term exposure to sun and rain, leading to a substantial increase in maintenance frequency and lower overall cost-effectiveness.

Exterior Wall Panels: Different scenarios require different panels. Metal carved panels offer excellent comprehensive performance, combining thermal insulation, waterproofing, and corrosion resistance, with a good appearance and the highest versatility in municipal and scenic areas. Color-coated steel sheets are lightweight and cost-effective, suitable for short-term temporary use on construction sites. Landscape-shaped panels have a higher aesthetic appeal and are more compatible with gardens and cultural tourism scenic areas, creating a unique atmosphere. High-density polyethylene (HDPE) is corrosion-resistant, impact-resistant, and easy to clean, making it a mainstream choice for outer shells. Fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) has high strength but is relatively heavy. Stainless steel sheets are mostly used in high-end venues or coastal areas with high salt spray.

Interior Wall and Floor Materials: These should兼顾 slip resistance, stain resistance, and ease of cleaning. Common options such as slip-resistant aluminum sheets, engineering plastics, and FRP floors each have their advantages and disadvantages, and can be selected based on actual needs and usage scenarios.

Internal Practical Configurations: A reliable finished mobile toilet should have complete basic configurations, including slip-resistant and wear-resistant floors, odor-resistant ceramic fixtures, ventilation and air exchange equipment, energy-saving lighting, privacy door locks, and storage hooks. When purchasing, pay special attention to the sealing process and odor control design. Good sealing and odor control can effectively avoid common problems such as unpleasant odors and mosquito infestation in the later stages, enhancing the user experience.
