Mobile Toilet Matching Hand-Washing Sink
The mobile toilet matching hand-washing sink needs to adhere to multiple standards and specifications, covering aspects such as dimensions, functionality, configuration, hygiene, and installation and acceptance.

In terms of basic dimensions, the width of the hand-washing countertop should be no less than 0.6 meters, and the length should be determined according to the number of users. For single-person use, the length should be ≥0.8 meters. For every additional 10 users, the area should be increased by 0.5 meters. The edges of the countertop should be rounded to avoid injuries from sharp corners. The depth of the cabinet under the countertop should be ≥0.4 meters to meet storage needs.
Regarding functional layout, the hand-washing sink should be installed near the entrance of the mobile toilet, no more than 3 meters away from the entrance, to facilitate users' immediate cleaning after using the toilet. The faucet should use sensor-activated or foot-pedal switches to avoid direct contact and reduce the risk of bacterial transmission. A storage cabinet should be set up under the hand-washing sink for storing cleaning supplies or spare materials. The countertop should reserve positions for soap dispensers, and the distance between adjacent soap dispensers should be ≥0.4 meters to ensure convenience of use.
The facility configuration standards require that the hand-washing sink be equipped with more than 2 faucets, with stable water flow and a water pressure of ≥0.15 MPa to meet the needs of multiple people using it simultaneously. The drainage system should adopt an anti-clogging design, with a pipe diameter of ≥110 mm and an anti-odor trap at the bottom to prevent odor backflow. The material of the hand-washing sink should be slip-resistant and waterproof ceramic or stainless steel, with a smooth surface that is easy to clean and reduces dirt residue. The mirror cabinet should be equipped with illuminated lighting, with a light brightness of ≥300 lux, to ensure that users can clearly observe the cleanliness of their hands.
In terms of hygiene and epidemic prevention, a garbage collection box should be set up near the hand-washing sink, equipped with disinfectant hand soap and paper towels, to facilitate users in disposing of waste and keeping their hands dry. The drainage outlet should be fitted with a filter to prevent debris from clogging the pipes. Ventilation space should be reserved under the hand-washing sink to avoid the growth of bacteria in a humid environment. The regular cleaning and disinfection cycle should not exceed 24 hours to ensure the good hygiene condition of the hand-washing sink.
The installation and acceptance specifications require that the hand-washing sink be installed firmly and closely connected to the main structure of the mobile toilet without any shaking. All metal parts should be rust-proofed, with a uniform surface coating and no peeling to extend the service life. After installation, a water discharge test should be carried out to ensure smooth drainage without leakage. During acceptance, a facility inspection report should be provided, including safety parameters such as water quality and drainage, to ensure that the hand-washing sink meets the usage standards.
