Mobile Toilet Manufacturing Specifications
Mobile toilet manufacturing specifications cover multiple aspects including overall design, structural materials, internal configurations, spatial dimensions, access doors, floor drainage, signage, lighting, and quality inspection, as detailed below:

Overall Design Specifications: Adhere to principles of mobility, cost-effectiveness, durability, environmental friendliness, and efficiency enhancement. The overall structure should be lightweight yet sturdy, with controlled height and width, and complete and reasonable mobile devices. Design should be adapted according to usage scenarios, such as wind resistance for construction site toilets and emphasis on aesthetics and convenience for music festival toilets. Modular design of components facilitates easy assembly and disassembly.
Structural and Material Specifications: Employ lightweight and sturdy frame structures, such as aluminum alloy or galvanized steel pipes, to meet wind and earthquake resistance requirements. Shell materials often use high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or fiberglass, with added insulation layers in cold regions. Wall materials should be corrosion-resistant and easy-to-clean composite panels, while floor materials should be slip-resistant, thickened, and waterproof. Metal parts should be derusted and rust-proofed, plastic and rubber parts should be aging-resistant and low-temperature resistant, and waterproof sealants and strips should undergo water tightness tests.
Internal Configuration Specifications: Toilet seats should be 400-450 millimeters in height, equipped with bilateral L-shaped safety grab bars and emergency call devices. Auxiliary facilities such as multifunctional tables, low-positioned coat hooks, and paper dispensers should be provided. Flush systems include tank-type, direct-flush, and foam-sealing types, with water pumps, valves, and pipes requiring pressure resistance tests. The electrical system should use waterproof wiring, with sockets and switches featuring leakage protection and lighting fixtures being moisture-proof.
Spatial Dimension Specifications (for barrier-free mobile toilets): The internal net area should not be less than 4.00 square meters, with a wheelchair turning space of at least 1.50 meters in diameter reserved. The net dimensions of barrier-free toilet compartments should not be less than 1.80 meters (length) × 1.50 meters (width), with a preferred optimized size of 2.00 meters × 1.50 meters.
Access and Door Design Specifications (for barrier-free mobile toilets): The net width of the entrance passage should be at least 800 millimeters, with smooth curved designs at turns. Sliding doors or outward-opening flat doors are preferred, with horizontal grab handles installed on the outer side of door panels and door-closing handles on the inner side.
Floor and Drainage Specifications (for barrier-free mobile toilets): The floor should use slip-resistant tiles or coatings, with a slope of no more than 1%, and intercepting drains should be set up to prevent sewage overflow.
Signage and Lighting Specifications (for barrier-free mobile toilets): International universal barrier-free signs should be placed in prominent positions, with internal illumination of at least 200 lux and switch installation height not exceeding 1.20 meters.
Quality Inspection Specifications: Before leaving the factory, structural stability tests, flush system operation tests, electrical system safety tests, and appearance inspections should be conducted. Some products should undergo simulated lifting processes, and only those that pass the inspections should be labeled.
