Mobile Toilet Manufacturing Process
The manufacturing process of mobile toilets varies depending on the production entity, mainly divided into two methods: standardized production in manufacturing plants and individual handmade production.

Standardized Production Process in Mobile Toilet Manufacturing Plants
- Structural Design: Utilize computer-aided design software for precise planning, determining the toilet's dimensions, internal layout, and load-bearing scheme. This step is the foundation of the entire manufacturing process, ensuring that the toilet's structure is reasonable and stable, meeting the needs of different usage scenarios. For example, for mobile toilets used in public places, factors such as high foot traffic and frequent usage must be considered to reasonably plan the internal space and facility layout.
- Material Cutting and Forming: According to design requirements, metal sheets are cut and welded, or plastic components are injection-molded. Metal sheets are typically used to fabricate the toilet's frame and support structure, offering high strength and durability; plastic components are often used for internal accessories such as toilets and sinks, providing advantages such as light weight and easy cleaning.
- Assembly Process: Prefabricated wall panels, floor panels, roof panels, and internal accessories are assembled. During assembly, operations must strictly adhere to design requirements to ensure that connections between components are firm and well-sealed. Additionally, flushing systems and electrical systems must be installed to provide the toilet with basic functionality.
- Inspection and Testing: After assembly is complete, waterproof testing, electrical system inspection, and appearance quality checks are conducted. Waterproof testing ensures that the toilet does not leak during use; electrical system inspection guarantees the safety of the toilet's electrical supply; appearance quality checks ensure that the toilet is clean and aesthetically pleasing, meeting relevant standards.
Individual Handmade Production Process for Mobile Toilets
Taking the example of a young man using a water storage tank and a pallet to create a portable restroom, he first fixes universal wheels to the bottom of the pallet, places the water storage tank, and uses an angle grinder to cut the top to form an open tank. He then stacks two open tanks and secures the outer frame with self-tapping screws, cutting the outer frame and tank to create an entrance. Inside the tank, he cuts a hole in the floor, installs elbows and pipes, and seals the gaps. He places and secures a toilet, installs faucets, pipe caps, drainage pipes, and a stainless steel sink. He connects the toilet tank's water inlet pipe and shower hose, installs a shower bracket and toilet seat, and finally makes a door using wooden boards and hinges, installing a door handle.
