Mobile Toilet Manufacturing
There are various ways to manufacture mobile toilets, and appropriate solutions can be selected according to different needs and materials. Common methods include using water storage barrels, water storage tanks, and pallets, or designing based on standardized components.

Manufacturing Using Water Storage Barrels
Select a water storage barrel of an appropriate capacity as the main body. Use an angle grinder to split it in half lengthwise. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board for easy mobility. Use wooden strips and self-tapping screws to increase the height of the barrel. Cut an opening on the side as the doorway. Install sponge strips to form the door frame and embed plastic soft boards to create the walls. Use the upper half of the barrel as the roof. Drill a hole at the bottom of the barrel to install a drain pipe as a floor drain. Drill a hole on the side to connect a direct joint and place a plastic bucket as a small water storage device. Install facilities such as a bath heater, toilet, and water tank made from water pipes. Connect the drain pipe to the sewage tank to ensure smooth sewage discharge.
Manufacturing Using Water Storage Tanks and Pallets
Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of a plastic pallet. Place water storage tanks recovered from garbage stations on it. Use an angle grinder to cut the tops of the water storage tanks to create open-top tanks. Stack two tanks and fix them with self-tapping screws. Cut rectangular openings on the outer frames and bodies of the tanks as doorways. Drill holes in the internal floor to install drain elbows and water pipes to ensure smooth drainage. Install and fix the toilet. Fix water pipes and faucets. Connect the inlet pipes of the washbasin and the toilet water tank to provide water. Install a showerhead and a toilet seat. Fix a wooden board as a door and install a door handle to complete the toilet functions.
Composition and Design of General Mobile Toilets
A mobile toilet generally consists of a fecal sewage storage tank (or disposal device), floor, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tank, roof, and mobile device. Materials have gradually evolved from wood to fiberglass and polyethylene, improving durability and environmental friendliness. According to the structural form, they can be divided into single-unit and composite structures. According to the mobility method, they can be divided into lifting, handling types, and powered, towed types. According to the sewage treatment method, they can be divided into water-flush, non-water-flush suction, circulating water-flush, and dry-pack types. The design principles include easy mobility, cost-effectiveness and durability, environmental protection and ecology, and improved efficiency. The overall structure should be lightweight and durable, and the mobile device should be complete and reasonable to adapt to different usage scenarios.
