Mobile Toilet Manufacturer Toilet Materials

Admin September 20, 2026

The toilet materials used by mobile toilet manufacturers are diverse, mainly including several categories such as main structures, linings and floors, and other materials, with different materials having different characteristics.

In terms of main structures, lightweight steel and composite panels are the main choices. The overall framework is usually supported by galvanized steel pipes or lightweight steel structures, which have the characteristics of rust resistance and good load-bearing capacity, ensuring the stability and durability of mobile toilets. For the walls, sandwich panels are commonly used, with color-coated steel plates or aluminum plates on both sides and polystyrene, rock wool, or polyurethane foam in the middle, providing not only good thermal insulation but also being lightweight for easy movement and installation. In addition, some designs use a framework welded from galvanized square steel, with metal carved panels for the overall appearance, which also have the characteristics of thermal insulation and corrosion resistance. The products manufactured and distributed by mobile toilet and public restroom manufacturers in Handan City, Hebei Province, are made of steel and alloy structural steel, reflecting the diversity of material choices for main structures.

The lining and floor materials also have their unique features. Common materials for interior walls are high-density PVC panels or stainless steel plates, which have smooth surfaces that are not prone to dirt buildup, facilitating cleaning and maintenance. The floors are often made of non-slip patterned aluminum plates or rubber flooring, which are non-slip and resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, ensuring the safety of users. Some high-end mobile toilets also add a fiberglass anti-corrosion layer to the chassis to further enhance its corrosion resistance.

For other materials, water tanks and sewage pipes are mostly made of PE (polyethylene) material, which has good toughness and low-temperature resistance, enabling it to adapt to different environmental conditions. The inner walls of intelligent eco-toilets use photocatalyst coatings, which have self-cleaning and sterilizing functions. Hardware components such as door panels, door locks, and handrails are mostly made of engineering plastics or stainless steel, ensuring both aesthetics and durability.
