Criteria for Selecting Mobile Toilet Manufacturers

Admin September 28, 2026

When selecting a mobile toilet manufacturer, it is essential to conduct a comprehensive evaluation from five dimensions: material and structural craftsmanship, odor and slip resistance design, after-sales and customization capabilities, key parameter verification, and certification standards. Details are as follows:

1. Material and Structural Craftsmanship
The material directly affects the durability, hygiene, and cost of the toilet. Stainless steel (e.g., Type 304) is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, suitable for high-hygiene scenarios, but it is costly and heavy. Fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) is molded as a whole, waterproof, moisture-proof, and cost-effective, but it has weaker impact resistance. Metal sandwich panels (e.g., color-steel foam panels) are the least expensive but have poor corrosion resistance and are prone to rust. During procurement, it is crucial to inspect the material thickness, welding process, and surface treatment (e.g., anti-rust coatings). In terms of structure, the main frame should be made of hot-dip galvanized steel pipes or steel structures, providing high strength and wind pressure resistance. Wall materials should distinguish between interior and exterior walls; exterior walls commonly use metal carved panels or color-steel composite panels, while interior walls often use stone plastic panels or aluminum-plastic panels, filled with rock wool and other flame-retardant insulation materials.

2. Odor and Slip Resistance Design
Odor control design should focus on the ventilation system (exhaust fans, vents), sewage disposal methods (flush, foam, or packing), and structural airtightness. For example, foam toilets cover feces with foam to isolate odors but require electricity. Flush toilets offer good cleaning but depend on water sources and sewage pipelines. Slip resistance design should inspect the floor material (anti-slip panels or mats) and slope (ensuring smooth drainage and avoiding water accumulation).

3. After-sales and Customization Capabilities
After-sales maintenance (replacement of parts, septic tank cleaning), transportation, installation, and customization services directly impact the total cost. Prioritize manufacturers offering nationwide warranty, 24-hour response, and a spare parts inventory, and confirm their support for customization needs such as size, color, and functionality (e.g., air conditioning, constant temperature systems).

4. Key Parameters and Verification Methods

  • Material: Choose based on the scenario (e.g., durability for construction sites, portability for temporary events), and verify the product specification sheet or request material samples/test reports.
  • Size: The standard size is 1.2m×1.2m×2.3m; confirm whether customized sizes meet on-site space and transportation conditions.
  • Configuration: Clarify basic configurations (flushing, lighting, exhaust fans, sinks) and advanced configuration needs, and request the manufacturer to provide a configuration list and confirm brand specifications.

5. Relevant Certifications and Implementation Standards
Prioritize manufacturers that comply with national standards such as GB/T 18092 - 2000 Non-flush Sanitary Toilets and CJ/T 378 - 2011 Portable Toilets to ensure that product indicators (e.g., structural strength, hygiene performance, environmental requirements) meet standards.
