Admin October 10, 2026

A long-term rental agreement for mobile toilets typically includes the following key elements:

1. Agreement Objectives Clarify the rights and obligations of both Party A and Party B during the rental process, ensuring that the legitimate rights and interests of both parties are protected by law, standardizing rental behavior, and reducing the risk of disputes.

2. Rental Items and Duration

  • Party A shall provide mobile toilets that meet the requirements of the agreement for Party B's use.
  • The rental period shall specify the start and end dates (e.g., "From [YYYY/MM/DD] to [YYYY/MM/DD]"), usually measured in years, with the specific duration determined through mutual consultation between the two parties.

3. Rent and Payment Method

  • The total rent shall be indicated in both Chinese numerals and Arabic numerals (e.g., "RMB 10,000 yuan only").
  • Payment methods include:
    • The initial rent shall be paid within XX days after the signing of the agreement, with subsequent payments made quarterly, semi-annually, or annually;
    • Fixed-period payments (e.g., every 3 months, with each payment of XX yuan), with the payment date being the first day of the period.
  • Late payment may trigger late fees or terms for termination of the agreement.

4. Usage and Custodial Responsibilities

  • Party B shall use the mobile toilets for the agreed purposes and is prohibited from making unauthorized alterations to the structure or function.
  • Party B is responsible for daily cleaning, maintenance, and custody. In case of damage or loss, Party B shall promptly notify Party A and assume responsibility for repair or compensation.
  • Party A shall ensure that the initial condition of the equipment meets safety and hygiene standards and conduct regular inspections and maintenance.

5. Rights and Obligations of Both Parties

  • Rights of Party A: To collect rent, supervise the use of the equipment, and terminate the agreement in case of breach.
  • Obligations of Party A: To provide qualified equipment, conduct regular maintenance, and handle malfunctions not caused by Party B.
  • Rights of Party B: To legally use the equipment during the rental period.
  • Obligations of Party B: To pay rent on time, use the equipment reasonably, and maintain the surrounding environment's cleanliness.

6. Breach of Contract Responsibilities

  • Breaches by Party B include: defaulting on rent payments, unauthorized subletting/pledging, and causing damage or rendering the equipment unusable.
  • Consequences of breach: Payment of late fees, repair costs, or compensation; Party A has the right to terminate the agreement and reclaim the equipment.

7. Agreement Termination Conditions

  • Natural termination: The rental period expires without renewal.
  • Negotiated termination: Both parties agree in writing to terminate the agreement.
  • Breach termination: In case of a serious breach by one party, the other party may unilaterally terminate the agreement.
  • Post-termination handling: Party B shall return the equipment and clear personal belongings.

8. Dispute Resolution Disputes shall be resolved through friendly consultation in priority; if consultation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent people's court.

9. Other Clauses

  • The agreement shall be made in duplicate, with each party holding one copy, and shall take effect upon signature and seal by both parties.
  • Matters not covered herein may be addressed in supplementary agreements, and amendments must be made in writing.
  • Some agreements may stipulate that the right of interpretation rests with Party A.
