Mobile Toilet Lighting System
The configuration of a mobile toilet lighting system requires comprehensive consideration of lamp selection, layout planning, power supply configuration, intelligent control, and relevant standards, while also paying attention to safety and compliance during rental and installation. The specific key points are as follows:

Lamp Selection
Prioritize the use of LED lamps due to their energy efficiency, high brightness, long lifespan, and IP65 or higher protection rating to adapt to outdoor environments. Different areas require targeted selection: for the urinal and hand-washing areas with high humidity, waterproof and moisture-proof flat LED lamps should be used; for the toilet area, warm-toned downlights can be installed to create a relaxing atmosphere. The light source should meet the requirements of a color temperature of 4000K and a color rendering index of ≥80 to ensure visual comfort.
Layout Planning
Lamps should be evenly distributed across the toilet ceiling to avoid lighting dead zones, and the number should be increased for larger areas. A mirror front light should be installed above the hand-washing sink to provide localized high-brightness lighting. The illuminance should comply with standards: 150-200 lx for the hand-washing area, 100-150 lx for the toilet area, and 75-100 lx for the aisle.
Power Supply Configuration
Select the power supply method according to the scenario: when close to a power outlet, directly connect to the mains power, which is cost-effective and stable; for remote areas or where there is no mains power access, adopt a solar panel + battery combination for energy storage during the day and power supply at night, balancing environmental protection and practicality.
Intelligent Control
Introduce intelligent induction switches to achieve "lights on when people arrive and lights off when people leave", effectively saving energy and enhancing the level of intelligence. Emergency lighting should meet the requirement of lasting for 90 minutes to ensure safe evacuation in case of emergencies.
Rental and Installation Precautions
- Safety First: Choose low-voltage LED lamps to avoid the risk of electric leakage; wrap the wire connectors with insulating tape to prevent short circuits due to moisture.
- Installation Preparation: Check whether the equipment has reserved installation holes or power outlets, prepare tools such as screwdrivers and electric drills, and survey the environment to ensure there are no obstructions.
- Operation Specifications: When fixing the lamps, the drilling depth should match the bracket, and the wire connections should follow the color-coding specifications in the instructions (live wire, neutral wire, ground wire); it is recommended to choose waterproof or remote-controlled switches for easy operation at night.
- Compliant Use: Disconnect the power supply and check the integrity of the wiring before moving the toilet, and conduct a 30-minute trial run after installation to confirm there are no issues such as flickering or short circuits.
All configurations should comply with CJJ 14-2016 "Design Standard for Urban Public Toilets". Regularly clean the dust on the lamp surfaces to maintain brightness and ensure the long-term stable operation of the system.
