Mobile Toilet Lifting Process
The mobile toilet lifting process is a technique that enables rapid installation and efficient transportation through integrated design, with its core lying in factory prefabrication, overall lifting, and on-site rapid deployment.

Integrated Frame Design
The liftable mobile toilet adopts a modular integrated frame. The main structure, internal facilities (such as toilets and sinks), and piping systems are all installed in the factory. This design avoids the cumbersome process of on-site assembly, ensuring tight connections between components and providing a stable foundation for subsequent lifting. For example, through standardized design, the frame can accommodate different functional modules to meet diverse needs.Optimized Lifting Point Design
Dedicated lifting rings or lugs are reserved at the top of the frame, with their positions calculated through mechanics to ensure stable center of gravity during lifting. The lifting rings are usually made of high-strength alloy steel, with a load-bearing capacity far exceeding the self-weight of the toilet, preventing tilting or deformation due to center-of-gravity shift. In addition, the lifting points are evenly distributed to adapt to the operational requirements of cranes of different tonnages.Material Selection and Durability
The frame material is mainly hot-dip galvanized steel, which forms a dense oxide layer on its surface, effectively resisting corrosion in humid environments and extending the service life to over 15 years. The walls are made of sandwich panels (such as those with polyurethane cores) or fiberglass-reinforced plastic. The former combines thermal insulation and sound insulation properties, while the latter is known for its lightweight nature (with a density of about 1.8g/cm³) and weather resistance, making it suitable for long-term outdoor use.Simplified On-site Installation Process
After arriving at the site, the toilet only needs to be placed on a flat surface using a crane and connected to water and electricity pipelines to be put into use. The entire process does not require welding, cutting, or panel assembly, and the installation time can be shortened to within 2 hours, significantly reducing labor costs. For example, after adopting this process, a scenic spot increased its daily installation capacity from 3 to 10 units.Sealing and Leakage Prevention Guarantee
The factory's integrated molding process reduces the main body's joints by more than 80%. Combined with silicone sealant treatment, it effectively prevents rainwater leakage and odor emission. The bottom is designed with a drainage slope (≥2%) to ensure rapid drainage of sewage and prevent water accumulation from corroding the structure. Some high-end models are also equipped with double-layer sealed doors to further enhance airtightness.
