Installation of Internal Parts for Mobile Toilets

Admin October 08, 2026

The installation of internal parts for mobile toilets should be carried out according to specifications, depending on the type of parts. The key steps are as follows:

1. Installation of the Toilet System
Simple mobile toilets often adopt a dry waste storage design. During installation, ensure tightness and stability. First, align the toilet base with the reserved opening on the frame, place a silicone gasket at the connection to enhance tightness and prevent odor leakage, then secure the toilet with clips to ensure it is stable and does not wobble. The waste storage bucket should be precisely placed directly below the toilet, and its position adjusted to ensure accurate alignment with the toilet, avoiding waste leakage or cleaning difficulties.

2. Installation of the Foot Pedal Package (for models equipped with a foot-operated lid)

  • Locate the mounting holes: Check the reserved mounting holes on the side or bottom edge of the bucket to ensure that the hole sizes match the iron rods and connecting rods of the foot pedal package, avoiding installation failure due to size mismatches.
  • Insert the iron rods and connect the rods: Insert the iron rods vertically into the holes, ensuring verticality to reduce friction; then connect the connecting rods to the foot pedal components, aligning the connection points and gently pushing them until they fit perfectly.
  • Secure the components: Use the pins or screws provided in the accessories to secure the connection points. When securing the iron rods to the bucket, tighten the screws until they are loose-free; the connecting rods and foot pedal can be locked with pins to prevent detachment during use.

3. Installation of Foot Pedal Valve Devices (when involving the water supply system)

  • Clean the water supply pipes: Before installation, flush the pipes with water to remove iron filings, debris, etc., preventing blockage or damage to the valve body.
  • Reserve installation dimensions: Ensure that the distance between the inlet and outlet pipes is 75±3mm. Excessive errors can prevent the valve body from being installed properly or cause water leakage.
  • Main body installation and sealing: Remove the movable joint of the foot pedal valve, wrap an appropriate amount of Teflon tape (usually 3-5 turns) around the threaded part of the pipe joint, screw it in 6-7 threads, and then adjust the direction of the water outlet to the desired position. Sequentially place the nuts, beveled rubber gaskets, and other components, and tighten the nuts with a wrench until there is no leakage, ensuring tightness.

4. Installation of Ventilation Facilities
Ventilation facilities maintain air circulation through natural convection or mechanical devices (such as exhaust fans). During installation, ensure that the ventilation openings are unobstructed and not blocked; if mechanical ventilation is used, check that the power supply lines are securely connected and test the operating status to ensure there is no abnormal noise or vibration.

Precautions: Before installation, carefully read the instructions to confirm that all accessories are complete; wear protective gloves during operation to avoid cuts; after installation, perform functional tests, such as flushing and ventilation, to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
