Mobile Toilet Internal Installation Guide

Admin September 27, 2026

The internal installation of mobile toilets and mobile commodes must follow standardized procedures to ensure equipment stability, normal functionality, and compliance with hygiene requirements. The specific steps are as follows:

I. Installation of the Mobile Toilet Main Body

  1. Foundation Fixing Operations

    • Lifting and Positioning: Use lifting equipment to hoist the toilet main body to the preset location. Adjust the equipment's levelness using a spirit level to ensure that the horizontal and vertical deviations do not exceed 3mm, preventing structural stress concentration or inconvenience due to tilting.
    • Anti-Tipping Fixing: Choose a fixing method based on the installation environment:
      • Expansion Bolt Fixing: Drill holes in concrete foundations or hard ground surfaces, insert expansion bolts, and tighten them. This method is suitable for long-term fixed installations.
      • Counterweight Block Fixing: Place concrete or metal counterweight blocks at the bottom of the equipment to increase stability. This method is suitable for temporary installations or soft ground surfaces (such as sandy or grassy areas).
      • Wind Protection: In windy areas, additional reinforcement is required, such as adding ground anchors or windbreak cables.
  2. Water and Electricity Connection and Debugging

    • Sewage System Connection: Connect the sewage pipe to the nearest sewer or sewage collection tank. The pipe slope must be ≥2% to prevent sewage backflow or deposition. If using a sewage collection tank, reserve a cleaning port and ensure tightness.
    • Water Source Connection: Use a water pipe with a specification of ≥DN20 to connect to the water source. Test the flushing function:
      • Check if the flushing pressure meets the standard (usually ≥0.2MPa).
      • Verify the drainage tightness by observing whether there are leaks at the pipe joints after filling with water.
  3. Detail Inspection and Cleaning

    • Accessory Installation: Install a door curtain (to prevent mosquitoes and flies), anti-slip mats (to prevent slipping), a door lock (to ensure privacy), and a flushing button, ensuring flexible operation without jamming.
    • Hygiene Treatment: Thoroughly clean and disinfect the interior using environmentally friendly disinfectants. Place air fresheners (to mask odors) and toilet paper and other consumables to enhance the user experience.

II. Internal Installation of Mobile Commodes

  1. Flange and Commode Positioning

    • Install the commode flange, ensuring that the center of the flange is strictly aligned with the center of the sewer pipe to prevent leaks due to misalignment. Place the commode steadily on the flange and press lightly to ensure a snug fit.
  2. Water System Assembly

    • Angle Valve Installation: Install an angle valve at the water inlet to control the water flow switch.
    • Three-Way Connection: Use a three-way connector to connect the water inlet to the sprinkler head, ensuring tight joints.
    • Hose Installation: Tighten the water inlet hose of the commode to prevent loosening and leaks.
    • Sprinkler Head Assembly: Tighten the sealing rubber rings at both ends of the sprinkler head and connect it to the other end of the three-way connector, ensuring no leaks.
    • Bracket Fixing: Forcefully insert the sprinkler head bracket into the top of the three-way connector to ensure stability.
  3. Function Testing and Finalization

    • Water Testing: Turn on the water source to test the flushing function, sprinkler head function, and drainage tightness, and troubleshoot any issues.
    • Sealing with Silicone: Apply silicone sealant at the contact point between the bottom of the commode and the ground to prevent sewage from seeping into the ground.

Precautions: Before installation, check the completeness of equipment accessories. Wear protective gloves during installation to avoid scratches or contact with contaminants. After installation, perform regular maintenance to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment.
