Internal Component Materials of Mobile Toilets

Admin October 11, 2026

The internal component materials of mobile toilets vary depending on the type, mainly including the following:

1. Overall structural materials Some eco-friendly mobile toilets use galvanized steel structures as the overall framework. Galvanized steel is treated with a hot-dip galvanizing process, forming a zinc layer on the surface that effectively prevents steel rusting. It also has high strength and stability, capable of withstanding external pressure and long-term use requirements, ensuring the solid and stable overall structure of the toilet.

2. Floor materials The floors of some eco-friendly mobile toilets are based on reinforced concrete. Reinforced concrete is a composite of steel bars and concrete. The steel bars provide tensile strength, while the concrete provides compressive strength. The combination gives the floor high load-bearing capacity, meeting the needs of multiple people using it simultaneously or equipment installation, and it is highly durable and not prone to deformation.

3. Internal facility materials Facilities such as handrails, washbasins, and toilet bowls in mobile toilets are mostly made of stainless steel. Stainless steel is an alloy formed by adding elements such as chromium and nickel to iron. It has excellent corrosion resistance, can resist oxidation and chemical corrosion in humid environments, has a smooth surface that is easy to clean, meets hygiene requirements, and has high strength, maintaining functional integrity for a long time.

4. Fiberglass-reinforced plastic materials (for specific types) The main structure of fiberglass-reinforced plastic mobile toilets is made of a composite of epoxy resin and glass fibers. Epoxy resin serves as the matrix material, providing adhesion and chemical resistance; glass fibers act as the reinforcing material, enhancing overall strength and rigidity. The base is molded using colored reinforced fiberglass-reinforced plastic molds, and the wall panels are also made of fiberglass-reinforced plastic. They have the characteristics of being smooth, flat, never rusting, corrosion-resistant, and durable, and are relatively lightweight, facilitating transportation and installation. Additionally, colors or textures can be added to the surface to enhance aesthetics.

The choice of different materials is based on the usage scenarios, cost budgets, and functional requirements of mobile toilets. For example, galvanized steel and reinforced concrete are suitable for scenarios with high structural stability requirements; stainless steel facilities balance hygiene and durability; fiberglass-reinforced plastic materials are more suitable for situations requiring lightweight and corrosion resistance.
