Mobile Toilet Interior Wall Materials
Common materials for the interior walls of mobile toilets include stainless steel, fiberglass reinforced plastic, artificial quartz stone, phenolic resin board, color-coated steel plate, polyester fiber board, and eco-friendly composite boards, among others.

Stainless Steel Material: Typically, 304 stainless steel is chosen for its core advantage of corrosion resistance. In the humid environment of mobile toilets, it effectively resists erosion from water and chemicals, is less prone to rusting and damage, has a long service life, and features a smooth surface that is easy to clean, making it suitable for scenarios with high hygiene requirements.
Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic Material: Made with glass fibers and their products as reinforcing materials and synthetic resin as the base material, it belongs to composite materials. It has high strength and good resistance to various chemicals, while being lightweight, facilitating the transportation and installation of mobile toilets, and having relatively low costs.
Artificial Quartz Stone: With a hardness of up to 7 and a compressive strength of no less than 150MPa, it has strong resistance to stains and chemicals. Its seamless splicing characteristic offers significant advantages in mobile toilet applications, preventing dirt from accumulating in seams and enhancing overall aesthetics and hygiene levels.
Phenolic Resin Board: It has high mechanical strength, with an impact strength of over 10kJ/m² and good chemical stability. It remains stable in acidic or alkaline toilet environments, is less prone to deformation or damage, and can serve as a wall decorative material, providing reliable protection.
Color-Coated Steel Plate: For example, a structure with double-sided color-coated steel plates sandwiching polyurethane foam. The color-coated steel plate has a yield strength of ≥235MPa, and the polyurethane foam provides thermal insulation and has certain moisture-proof properties. The overall structure has high strength, is corrosion-resistant, and is suitable for use in environments with large temperature differences or high humidity.
Polyester Fiber Board: It has high strength, with a static bending strength of ≥30MPa, and features waterproof, moisture-proof, and insect-resistant properties. In toilet environments, it effectively resists moisture and microbial erosion, keeping the walls dry and clean and extending the service life.
Eco-Friendly Composite Boards: Such as melamine boards or bamboo-wood fiber boards, they have moisture-proof, fire-resistant, and sound-insulating properties, while containing no harmful substances like formaldehyde, meeting environmental standards. While ensuring functionality, they place greater emphasis on the health and safety of users, making them suitable for mobile toilet projects with high environmental requirements.
