Installation of Sanitary Ware Inside Mobile Toilets
Admin October 09, 2026
The installation of sanitary ware inside mobile toilets should be carried out in conjunction with the product type and installation requirements, typically involving three core stages: basic preparation, sanitary ware installation, and functional testing. The specific steps are as follows:

I. Basic Installation Preparation
- Site Condition Verification: Ensure that the installation surface is solid and level to prevent displacement of the sanitary ware or damage to the pipes due to ground settlement. For outdoor installations, plan the drainage slope in advance to prevent water accumulation.
- Water and Electricity Connection: Reserve water inlets and outlets according to the type of sanitary ware (e.g., squat toilets, urinals) and connect water supply pipes that meet pressure requirements. If equipped with an automatic flushing system, connect to the power supply or check the battery status.
- Transportation and Positioning: Large mobile toilets require lifting equipment for positioning, while small household mobile toilets can be placed directly at the target location. However, pay attention to the installation of silicone anti-slip pads at the bottom (e.g., install anti-slip pads in the four corners of the base model).
II. Sanitary Ware Installation Stage
- Fixing Sanitary Ware Components:
- Public mobile toilets: Determine the positions of squat toilets, urinals, and other sanitary ware according to the design drawings. Use expansion bolts or special fasteners to firmly connect the base of the sanitary ware to the ground to prevent shaking during use.
- Household mobile toilets: Align the upper and lower tanks and press the buckles to fix them, ensuring tightness.
- Water Connection:
- Wrap waterproof tape or raw material tape around the water inlet joint, connect the water inlet valve of the sanitary ware to the reserved water pipe, and ensure there are no leaks.
- Insert the drain pipe into the reserved drain outlet and secure it. The slope should be ≥2% to prevent backflow of sewage.
- Ventilation System Coordination: If the sanitary ware area is equipped with an independent ventilation duct, install an exhaust fan or ventilation opening simultaneously to ensure air circulation.
III. Functional Testing and Inspection
- Flush Testing: Turn on the water supply and check whether the flushing force of the squat toilet or urinal is uniform, whether the drainage is smooth, and whether there are any blockages or backflow phenomena.
- Sealing Inspection: Focus on checking the sealing of the connections between the sanitary ware and the ground and pipes. You can use tissue paper to wipe the joints and observe whether there is water seepage.
- Ventilation Effect Verification: Close the doors and windows and start the ventilation system. Use the smoke test method to confirm the air circulation efficiency and prevent odor retention.
Precautions: The installation of sanitary ware in public mobile toilets should be carried out by professionals to ensure that the water and electricity connections comply with safety regulations; for household products, refer to the instruction manual to simplify the process, but for complex structures, it is still recommended to contact the manufacturer's technical support.
