Inside Mobile Toilets
Admin September 22, 2026
The interior facilities of mobile toilets are designed around the core needs of hygiene, convenience, and durability, mainly including the following modules:

1. Core Sanitary Fixtures
- Toilets: Primarily ceramic squat toilets or sit-down toilets, with high-end products using stainless steel materials. They are equipped with foot-operated or sensor-activated flush valves, with water tank capacities ranging from 5 to 10 liters to ensure water conservation and cleanliness.
- Handwashing Systems: These include ceramic or stainless steel sinks (30-40 cm wide), push-button or sensor-activated faucets, and water storage tanks. Some products are equipped with warm water supply functions.
- Other Accessories: Standard accessories include mirrors, coat hooks, storage shelves, toilet paper holders, and trash cans. High-specification toilets may also include child safety seats or toilet seat rings to meet the needs of special populations.
2. Environmental Control Systems
- Ventilation Systems: Standard 20-50 watt high-power exhaust fans provide 10-15 air changes per hour. Some products feature dual exhaust designs (top + side walls) to quickly eliminate odors.
- Lighting Systems: These use 5-15 watt LED energy-saving lights, with some equipped with emergency lights to ensure normal use during power outages.
- Temperature Control Systems: In cold regions, insulation materials, electric heaters, or warm air blowers are installed; in hot regions, ventilation skylights or small air conditioners are added to maintain a comfortable internal temperature.
3. Water Supply and Drainage, and Power Systems
- Water Supply Systems: These are divided into self-contained tank types (with fresh water tank capacities of 100-300 liters) and external water source types (directly connected to municipal water pipes), adapting to different usage scenarios.
- Sewage Disposal Systems: The traditional method involves a bottom sewage tank (with a capacity of 200-500 liters) that requires regular cleaning; environmentally friendly products use foam sealing or microbial degradation technologies to reduce pollution.
- Power Systems: Priority is given to connecting to 220V mains power, or power can be supplied through built-in batteries (such as 12V/100Ah) and solar panels to ensure continuous operation of the equipment.
4. Structure and Accessories
- Door Locks and Indicators: Internal safety door locks are installed, and external "Occupied/Vacant" indicator locks or LED displays are provided to enhance privacy during use.
- Materials and Flooring: Wall panels are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), fiberglass, or color-coated steel plates, and the floor is laid with anti-slip flooring or fiberglass floor grilles to ensure safety and durability.
- Barrier-Free Facilities: For individuals with disabilities, handrails, wheelchair turning spaces, and low-position handwashing stations are provided, reflecting humanized design.
