Mobile Toilet Integration

Admin September 21, 2026

Mobile toilet integration is a solution for toilet facilities that are prefabricated in factories and transported and hoisted as a whole. It features high efficiency, practicality, mobility, cost-effectiveness, durability, and environmental friendliness, making it suitable for places such as parks, scenic spots, and waystations.

I. Basic Components Integrated mobile toilets typically consist of core components such as fecal sewage storage tanks (or disposal units), floor slabs, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. Among them, the fecal sewage storage tank or disposal unit is a key environmental protection module. Depending on the requirements, sewage treatment methods such as water flushing, waterless suction, circulating water flushing, or dry packing can be selected. The walls and roofs are mostly made of galvanized steel structures or light steel materials, balancing durability and lightweight design, with a service life of up to 20 years. The mobile devices support hoisting, handling, or powered towing, adapting to the transportation needs of different scenarios.

II. Classification and Characteristics

  1. Structural Form: It is divided into single-unit structures and composite structures. Single-unit structures are suitable for scenarios with limited space or temporary use, while composite structures enhance capacity and functional diversity through modular combinations.
  2. Mobility Methods: They include hoisting and handling types, as well as powered and towing types. Hoisting types rely on lifting equipment for rapid deployment, handling types are suitable for short-distance manual movement, and powered towing types achieve long-distance transportation through vehicle traction.
  3. Sewage Treatment Methods: Water flushing types rely on a water source and are suitable for areas with water supply conditions. Waterless suction types use vacuum pumps to suck feces, reducing water consumption. Circulating water flushing types utilize biodegradation technology to purify sewage and achieve water resource recycling. Dry packing types collect feces in biodegradable bags without the need for flushing, highlighting environmental friendliness.

III. Application Scenarios and Brands Integrated mobile toilets are widely used in scenarios such as public toilets, mobile toilets, and outdoor restrooms, especially in places like parks, scenic spots, and waystations that require rapid deployment or flexible adjustment. Mainstream brands in the market include Yisu Space, Baitai, Xinpu, etc. The materials cover steel structures, galvanized steel, light steel, etc. Users can choose appropriate models based on their budget, usage frequency, and environmental protection requirements. Their customized appearances and modular designs can also meet the aesthetic and functional needs of different places.
