Mobile Toilet Integrated Installation
The integrated installation of mobile toilets involves various structures and materials, with installation methods and characteristics varying depending on the structural type.

One common structural type is the combination of galvanized square tubes and fire-resistant rock wool. The door frame of this integrated toilet typically uses aluminum alloy material, which has the advantages of being lightweight, high-strength, and corrosion-resistant, ensuring the stability and durability of the door frame. The galvanized square tubes serve as the main supporting structure, providing good load-bearing capacity, while the fire-resistant rock wool filled inside not only provides thermal insulation but also enhances the toilet's fire resistance. During installation, the galvanized square tubes need to be welded and assembled according to design requirements to form a frame structure. Then, the fire-resistant rock wool is filled into the frame, and finally, the aluminum alloy door frame and other accessories are installed.
Light-steel public toilet integrated mobile steel structure toilets are also a common type. They are characterized by quick construction, temporary emergency use, and easy installation. Their core material is high-strength galvanized aluminum-zinc light steel keels, which have the advantages of being lightweight, high-strength, and having good seismic performance. During the installation process, a turnkey approach can be adopted for construction. Construction personnel will assemble the galvanized aluminum-zinc light steel keels according to the design drawings to form the basic frame of the toilet, and then install wall materials and roof materials. Due to the flexibility of the light steel structure, this type of toilet can be customized and adjusted according to actual needs.
Mobile toilets generally use steel welding to form a frame-type structure. The bottom is usually welded with channel steel or I-beams to provide stable support and load-bearing capacity. The columns use square steel to ensure the verticality and stability of the structure. Wall materials are installed on the wall foundation, with common wall materials including color steel plates, fiberglass reinforced plastic, stainless steel, and metal carved panels. Color steel plates have the advantages of being lightweight, providing thermal insulation, and being easy to install; fiberglass reinforced plastic is corrosion-resistant, high-strength, and aesthetically pleasing; stainless steel has the advantages of good durability and easy cleaning; metal carved panels offer a wide range of appearance options. The frame-type structure can meet lifting requirements, facilitating the transportation and installation of mobile toilets.
