Toilet Seat Installed in Mobile Toilets

Admin October 05, 2026

The installation of toilet seats in mobile toilets requires following specific procedures, and different types of toilet seats have distinct characteristics.

Installation Procedures

  • Install the Toilet Flange: This is the crucial first step in installing a toilet seat. Place the toilet flange in the appropriate position, ensuring precise alignment between the center of the flange and the center of the sewer pipe. Then, position the toilet correctly. The accuracy of this step is vital; if the flange and sewer pipe centers are not aligned, issues such as water leakage may occur during later use, affecting the normal functioning of the toilet seat.
  • Install the Angle Valve and Connecting Components: Install the angle valve and connect the three-way fitting for the water inlet and the sprayer. The angle valve controls the water flow, while the three-way fitting distributes the water flow direction, providing a foundation for subsequent water intake and use.
  • Connect the Water Inlet Hose: Screw on the toilet's water inlet hose, ensuring a tight connection to prevent water leakage. The quality and connection of the water inlet hose directly impact the stability of the toilet's water intake.
  • Assemble the Toilet Sprayer: Assemble the toilet sprayer, paying special attention to tightening the sealing rubber rings at both ends. The sealing rubber rings prevent water leakage and ensure the normal operation of the sprayer. After assembly, connect the sprayer to the other end of the three-way fitting.
  • Install the Sprayer Bracket: Forcefully snap the sprayer bracket onto the top of the three-way fitting, ensuring the bracket is stable and can withstand the weight of the sprayer and the pressure during use.
  • Water Testing and Sealing: After completing the above installation steps, conduct a water test on the toilet to check for any water leakage issues. If the water test is successful, proceed with sealing to further enhance the tightness, preventing odor emission and water leakage.

Characteristics of Some Types

  • Toilet Stool: It requires no installation and can be used immediately after unfolding, offering high flexibility. It can be placed in the bedroom for toilet use, in the bathroom for bathing and showering, or on a squat toilet to convert it into a sit-down toilet. Additionally, toilet stools are usually designed with non-slip textured handrails and a convenient paper towel holder, facilitating users' grip and paper towel access, enhancing safety and convenience during use.
  • Bucket Toilet Seat: It is practical, convenient, and safe in scenarios such as when rural homes have not been demolished. In winter, the ground in outdoor toilets is prone to freezing, making it easy for people to slip when going to the toilet outdoors. The bucket toilet seat can prevent such situations, providing a safer toilet environment for users.
