Mobile Toilet Installation - Squatting Method
The method for installing squatting toilets in mobile toilets should be selected based on different types and installation scenarios. Common methods are as follows:

Installation of Ordinary Mobile Toilets
Ordinary mobile toilets usually have some processes completed in the factory, and the finished products can be directly transported to scenic spots, residential areas, units, construction sites, and other places. Professional personnel will deliver them to the door and complete the subsequent installation. This installation method is relatively simple, mainly involving placing the mobile toilet at the predetermined location and connecting basic facilities such as water and electricity for immediate use. It is suitable for scenarios with high requirements for installation convenience.
Installation of Stainless Steel Waterless Packaging Squatting Toilets
- Installation Methods: There are two types: floor-mounted and in-ground. Floor-mounted installation is relatively simple, directly placing the squatting toilet at an appropriate location and securing it; in-ground installation requires proper waterproofing, and the ground must be leveled to ensure a flat and stable installation foundation.
- Installation Steps: When securing the steel frame, rubber pads should be added for cushioning and anti-slip purposes; after placing the squatting toilet, carefully adjust its level to ensure comfort and stability during use; the stainless steel shell should not be directly attached to cement to avoid affecting the service life of the squatting toilet due to cement corrosion. This installation method is suitable for waterless areas without sewage pipes, construction sites, mobile toilets in scenic spots, etc.
Installation of Squatting Toilets by Converting Reserved Toilet Seat Positions in Bathrooms
- Sunken Installation:
- Sunken Bathrooms: Utilize their sunken structure (with a depth of approximately 300 mm - 400 mm), cut out the area for installing the squatting toilet, provide proper support for the squatting toilet from inside the sunken tank, and finally install the squatting toilet so that its upper surface is flush with the bathroom floor, which is both aesthetically pleasing and convenient for use.
- First-Floor Bathrooms (without basements): Cut open the concrete in the squatting toilet area, chisel and dig a pit, use concrete or cement mortar to waterproof the inside of the pit to prevent leakage, and then install the squatting toilet.
- Partial Floor Raising Installation: First, select the squatting toilet and confirm its specific dimensions, then draw the dimensions of the area it occupies on the floor; next, make brick piers, and build piers for the squatting toilet surface within the drawn lines on the floor. Brick foundations are commonly used as piers, and then fill sand into the brick piers to increase stability.
In addition, the general process methods for installing toilet squatting toilets also include leveling and squaring, installing waterproof rubber rings, keeping the tail flush 3 cm away from the finished wall, re-measuring the squatting toilet to maintain level, securing it with cement and sand, and allowing water to flow into the secondary drainage hole, etc., to ensure installation quality and usage effectiveness.
