Mobile Toilet Installation - Squat Toilet

Admin October 09, 2026

For mobile toilet installation, a stainless steel waterless packing squat toilet can be selected. There are two installation methods: floor-mounted and in-ground. It is suitable for waterless areas without sewage pipes, construction sites, scenic spot mobile toilets, and other scenarios. Here are the specific installation points:

Installation Points for In-Ground Models

  • Waterproofing: Waterproofing is a crucial step during the installation of in-ground models. Since the squat toilet is directly buried underground, inadequate waterproofing can lead to leakage issues later on, affecting the normal use of the toilet and potentially causing damage to the surrounding environment. Therefore, strict waterproofing treatment of the installation area should be carried out before installation to ensure the integrity and damage-free condition of the waterproof layer.
  • Floor Leveling: The floor must be leveled, which is the foundation for ensuring the horizontal and stable installation of the squat toilet. An uneven floor can cause the squat toilet to tilt after installation, affecting the user experience and potentially leading to poor sewage drainage. Tools such as a spirit level can be used to check the floor flatness, and any uneven areas should be repaired and leveled.
  • Fixing the Steel Frame and Rubber Pads: Install a fixed steel frame and add rubber pads. The fixed steel frame provides stable support for the squat toilet, while the rubber pads serve as a buffer and anti-slip measure, reducing friction and vibration between the squat toilet and the steel frame and extending the service life. When installing the steel frame, ensure it is firmly installed and accurately positioned.
  • Level Adjustment and Avoiding Direct Contact with Cement: After placing the squat toilet, carefully adjust its level to ensure it is in a horizontal state for smooth sewage drainage. Meanwhile, the stainless steel casing should not be in direct contact with cement, as the chemical components in cement may corrode the stainless steel, affecting the appearance and service life of the squat toilet. An isolation layer, such as plastic film, can be placed between the stainless steel casing and the cement.

Installation Considerations for Other Related Products

The installation of mobile toilet packing squat toilets also involves related products such as foam generators and waterless urinals. When installing these products, fully understand their product characteristics and install and commission them correctly according to the product manuals. For example, the installation position of the foam generator should be reasonable to ensure good foaming effects; the installation of the waterless urinal should ensure its airtightness to prevent odor emission. When selecting these products, choose those with reliable quality and stable performance to ensure the overall use effect of the mobile toilet.
