Mobile Toilet Installation Process
The installation process of mobile toilets varies depending on the scenario and requirements, mainly divided into three categories: general installation, construction site-specific design, and household mobile toilet installation. The specific processes are as follows:

General Installation Steps
Suitable for basic mobile toilets, the core process involves tool preparation and structural assembly. Tools such as an electric drill, 4.2mm drill bit, and rivet gun should be prepared in advance. During installation, follow the sequence: first, secure the inner corner components to ensure the initial formation of the structure; then, assemble the panels, aligning the slots to ensure tight connections; finally, drill holes at the assembly points, insert rivets, and secure them with a rivet gun to complete the overall frame assembly. This process is simple but requires attention to matching the drilling depth with the rivet specifications to avoid structural looseness due to inadequate fixation.
Construction Site Mobile Toilet Process Design
Mobile toilets designed for construction sites need to meet requirements for durability, environmental adaptability, and rapid assembly and disassembly. The process covers four core modules:
- Main Structure: Utilizes a steel frame structure, selecting weather-resistant steel (such as Q235B) and applying hot-dip galvanizing to enhance corrosion resistance; modules are connected with high-strength bolts for standardized assembly and disassembly.
- Waterproofing and Odor Control: The floor is coated with polyurethane waterproof paint, and waterproof membranes are added at the seams to form a dual waterproof barrier; high-end models are equipped with a biological degradation system that uses bacteria to decompose waste, reducing odor production.
- Environmental Adaptation: In winter, a 5cm thick insulation cotton layer is added, while in summer, an aluminum foil reflective layer is used to regulate internal temperature; the foundation uses concrete weights to ensure the overall structure can withstand winds up to force 10, ensuring stability.
- Installation and Transportation: Equipped with a hydraulic lifting system, a single person can complete positioning with a horizontal error controlled within 3mm; the bottom is designed with standardized lifting slots, allowing a 25-ton crane to complete relocation within 30 minutes, improving construction efficiency.
Household Mobile Toilet Installation
The installation of mobile toilets in household settings requires attention to sealing and connection stability, with core steps as follows:
- Flange Alignment: Align the toilet flange with the center of the sewer pipe to ensure smooth waste drainage.
- Angle Valve Installation: Connect the water inlet to the spray head tee, tighten the water inlet hose and spray head sealing gasket to prevent leaks.
- Bracket Fixation: Insert the spray head bracket into the top of the tee and finally secure it with adhesive to enhance structural stability.
This process requires strict inspection of the sealing at each connection point to avoid leaks or odor leakage due to improper installation.
