Installation Methods for Mobile Toilets

Admin September 28, 2026

The installation methods for mobile toilets vary depending on the type. Common types include basic mobile toilets and mobile toilets requiring tool assistance. Here are the specific installation steps:

Installation of Basic Mobile Toilets

  • Install Silicone Anti-Slip Pads: The installation of basic mobile toilets is relatively simple. First, insert silicone anti-slip pads into the four corners at the bottom. The purpose of these pads is to increase the friction between the toilet and the ground, preventing the toilet from sliding during use and ensuring safety. During installation, ensure that the anti-slip pads are accurately embedded in the corresponding positions at the four corners at the bottom, guaranteeing a secure installation.
  • Align and Secure the Upper and Lower Buckets: After installing the anti-slip pads, align the upper and lower buckets. Check carefully during alignment to ensure that all parts of the upper and lower buckets correspond accurately, avoiding misalignment. After alignment, press down on the buckles to secure the upper and lower buckets. When pressing the buckles, apply moderate force to ensure that the buckles can be firmly secured without damaging the buckles or the buckets due to excessive force.

Installation of Mobile Toilets Requiring Tool Assistance

  • Prepare Tools: After receiving the goods, you will need to prepare tools such as an electric drill, a 4.2-millimeter drill bit, and a rivet gun. These tools are essential for the installation process. The electric drill is used for drilling holes, the 4.2-millimeter drill bit matches the rivets, and the rivet gun is used to secure the rivets. When preparing the tools, ensure that they are of good quality and perform well, allowing for normal use.
  • Install Inner Corners: Install the inner corners one by one. The installation position and method of the inner corners should be carried out according to the product's design requirements. During installation, ensure that the inner corners are firmly installed without any looseness. You can use screws and other accessories to fix the inner corners in the corresponding positions, ensuring their stability.
  • Assemble and Secure the Panels: Insert the panels into the slots and align them for assembly. During assembly, pay attention to the direction and position of the panels to ensure accurate assembly. After aligning the top and the panels, use the prepared drill bit to drill holes, insert rivets, and secure them with a rivet gun. When drilling holes, pay attention to the depth and position to avoid damaging the panels or affecting the securing effect. After inserting the rivets, use the rivet gun to firmly secure the rivets, ensuring a tight connection between the panels.

The installation of other types of mobile toilets may involve more steps or different tools. It is recommended to refer to the specific product manual or contact customer service for detailed guidance.
