Mobile Toilet Installation Method
The installation method for mobile toilet bowls needs to be handled differently depending on whether a displacement device is used. The specific steps are as follows:

I. Basic Installation Steps (Without Displacement Device)
Unpacking and Inspection
Upon receiving the package, immediately unpack it and check the parts list to ensure that key components such as the toilet bowl body, sealing ring, fixing bolts, and flange plate are complete. Also, inspect the surface of the ceramic toilet bowl for any cracks or damage from bumps.Determine Installation Position
Plan the position of the toilet bowl according to the bathroom layout, ensuring that the drain outlet aligns with the center of the pre-installed drain pipe on the floor, with an error margin of no more than ±10mm. If it is a wet-dry separation design, reserve at least 60cm of passage space.Install Flange Plate and Seal
Slide the flange plate onto the floor drain pipe, ensuring it fits snugly against the floor. Apply a uniform layer of waterproof glass glue on the contact surface between the flange plate and the toilet bowl's drain outlet to form a seal and prevent odor leakage.Secure the Toilet Bowl
Slowly press the toilet bowl vertically downward to tightly combine the drain outlet with the flange plate. Install the fixing bolts through the pre-drilled bolt holes and tighten them in stages with a wrench (avoid excessive force on one side to prevent ceramic cracking). Finally, cover the bolt heads with decorative caps.Connect Water Tank and Test
Install the water tank components and connect the water inlet pipe. Open the main water valve to check for leaks at each connection. During the first flush, observe whether the toilet bowl drains smoothly. If there is a blockage, readjust the installation angle.
II. Installation Steps Using a Displacement Device (Requires Prior Planning)
Measure and Cut Displacement Distance
Measure the displacement distance according to actual needs (usually no more than 1.5 meters). Use a hacksaw to cut the main body of the displacement device to the corresponding length, ensuring the cut is smooth and free of burrs.Assemble Components and Cut Groove in Floor
Connect the main body of the displacement device to the elbow with special glue to ensure a sealed interface. Cut a groove in the floor (width 2-3cm wider than the displacement device), with a depth adjusted according to the type of displacement device:- Flat-pipe displacement device (50-60mm high): The groove depth should be about 20-40mm, which will be covered by the floor leveling layer later.
- Traditional displacement device: It may be necessary to raise the floor or cut a deeper groove downward to maintain the drainage slope.
Secure Displacement Device and Install Toilet Bowl
Bury the displacement device in the groove and secure it with cement. New types of displacement devices can be directly bonded to the cement floor through the flange plate, eliminating the need for expansion screws. After the cement is completely dry, install the toilet bowl according to the basic installation steps, paying special attention to the alignment between the displacement device and the toilet bowl's drain outlet.
Precautions:
- The installation of a displacement device may affect drainage efficiency. It is recommended to prioritize a straight-drain layout.
- Avoid using the toilet bowl for 24 hours after installation to ensure that the sealant and cement are fully cured.
- Regularly inspect the interfaces of the flange plate and displacement device to prevent loosening due to ground settlement.
