Mobile Toilet Installation Method
The installation method of a mobile toilet mainly consists of the following steps, which should be carried out according to the specific product structure and component conditions:

1. Pre-installation Preparation Upon receiving the mobile toilet package, first check that all components are present, including the main body panels, connectors (such as slots and rivets), and fixing tools (electric drill, 4.2mm drill bit, rivet gun), etc. Some products may have undergone partial processes (such as frame pre-assembly) at the factory, reducing the number of on-site installation steps. Also, ensure that the installation site is level to avoid structural instability due to uneven ground.
2. Main Structure Assembly
- Corner Installation: Fix the corner connectors sequentially at the corners of the panels to ensure a tight connection. Corners are typically used to enhance structural stability, and their installation positions and quantities should be determined according to the product design.
- Panel Alignment and Fixing: Insert the panels into the pre-fabricated slots, ensuring that the top and bottom edges are aligned. Use an electric drill to make holes at the joints (the hole diameter should match the rivets, usually 4.2mm), then insert the rivets and secure them with a rivet gun. Pay attention to the verticality and levelness of the panels during this step to avoid misalignment.
3. Detail Reinforcement and Adjustment
- Rivet Reinforcement: Repeat the process of making holes and inserting rivets at all joints to ensure a firm connection. The spacing between rivets should be uniform, generally not exceeding 20 centimeters, to distribute the load evenly.
- Structural Adjustment: Check the verticality and levelness of the overall frame, and make corrections by tapping or fine-tuning the connectors. If the product includes doors, windows, or other components, install and adjust their smooth opening and closing at this stage.
4. Functional Component Installation
- Sewage System Connection: If the mobile toilet is equipped with a septic tank or sewage pipe, connect the main sewage outlet to the external system and secure it with sealant or a special clamp to prevent leakage.
- Ventilation and Lighting: Install exhaust fans, vents, or lighting fixtures, ensuring safe electrical connections (some products may require pre-installed power outlets).
- Auxiliary Facilities: Add accessories such as handrails, hooks, and tissue holders according to needs to enhance convenience.
5. Final Inspection and Testing
- Structural Stability Test: Gently push the toilet body to check for any wobbling or unusual noises, ensuring that all connectors are tight.
- Functional Test: Test the flushing, exhaust, and lighting systems one by one to confirm normal operation.
- Seal Check: Focus on inspecting the sewage outlet, door seams, and other positions to prevent odor leakage or rainwater infiltration.
Precautions: Wear protective gloves during installation to avoid cuts; electric drill operations should be performed by professionals to prevent electric shock or injury; if the product manual differs from the above steps, follow the manual.
