Mobile Toilet Installation Materials
Mobile toilet installation materials mainly include metal materials, plastic/composite materials, wooden materials, and other special functional materials, as detailed below:

Among metal materials, aluminum alloy is the mainstream choice for the framework and skeleton of mobile toilets. Its density is only one-third that of steel, yet its tensile strength can reach 200-300MPa. With oxidation treatment or fluorocarbon spraying processes, a dense oxide film of 0.02-0.05mm can form on the surface, enhancing rust resistance by 3-5 times, making it suitable for humid environments. Stainless steel is primarily used for internal hardware in restrooms (such as water tanks and pipes), door hinges, and exterior finishes. Its alloy structure, with a chromium content of at least 10.5%, forms a passivation film in oxidizing media, providing extremely strong corrosion resistance, especially suitable for coastal, high-humidity, or chemically corrosive environments.
In terms of plastic/composite materials, PVC panels, due to their molecular structure with a chlorine content of 56%-58%, exhibit excellent waterproof and moisture-proof properties, with a water absorption rate of less than 0.01%. They are commonly used for internal partitions, wall panels, and ceiling panels, and their surfaces can achieve decorative effects like wood grain or stone grain through thermal transfer printing technology. Fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) is composed of unsaturated polyester resin and glass fibers in a 1:1 ratio, with a tensile strength of 300-500MPa, a density of only 1.5-2.0g/cm³, and resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, with a service life of over 20 years, often used for the overall structural shell.
Among wooden materials, preservative-treated wood, after being pressurized with ACQ or CCA agents, has a preservative penetration depth of at least 6mm, effectively resisting termite and fungal attacks, suitable for internal decoration or external frameworks, but requiring water-based preservative coating maintenance every 2 years. Ecological wood is co-extruded from wood powder (60%-70%) and HDPE (30%-40%), with a moisture content of less than 2%, a bending strength of 25-30MPa, superior waterproof performance to natural wood, and no need for secondary preservative treatment.
For other materials, rock wool sandwich panels feature a 0.5mm color steel plate as the surface layer, filled with 100kg/m³ rock wool inside, with a thermal conductivity of no more than 0.044W/(m·K), a sound insulation level of 32dB, and a fire rating of Class A non-combustible. HDPE panels have a density of 0.94-0.97g/cm³, an impact strength of at least 20kJ/m², and after UV coating treatment on the surface, they can resist UV aging for up to 5000 hours, commonly used for the bottom and exterior decoration. Additionally, color steel plates are composed of 0.4-0.6mm color-coated steel plates and 50-100mm polyurethane or rock wool core materials, with an overall thermal conductivity of no more than 0.023W/(m·K), and an installation efficiency 40% higher than traditional materials, widely used in temporary mobile toilets.
