Mobile Toilet Installation Guide
The installation of a mobile toilet can be carried out by referring to the following steps:

Step 1: Unpack and Inspect Upon receiving the mobile toilet, open the package immediately and carefully check the list of accessories to ensure that all components (such as the toilet body, sewage pipe, sealing ring, fixing bolts, etc.) are complete and undamaged. If any accessories are missing or damaged, contact the supplier promptly for replacement or reshipment to avoid affecting the subsequent installation progress due to accessory issues.
Step 2: Pre-treat the Sewage Pipe Before installation, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the sewage pipe. Use a flashlight or strong light device to observe the inside of the pipe and confirm whether there are any blockages caused by sediment, waste paper, plastic fragments, or other debris. If a blockage is found, use professional unclogging tools (such as a pipe unclogger) to clean it thoroughly and ensure that the sewage pipe is unobstructed. At the same time, check whether the pipe opening is flat. If there are burrs or protrusions, use sandpaper to smooth them out to avoid scratching the sealing ring during installation.
Step 3: Level the Ground Use a level to check whether the ground at the toilet installation location is level in all directions (front, back, left, and right). If the ground is sloped, use shims or re-pour concrete to level it. The flatness of the ground directly affects the stability and sealing of the toilet. If not leveled properly, it may cause the toilet to wobble, leak water, or have poor sewage discharge. For special scenarios of mobile toilets, if the ground is temporarily laid (such as in a prefabricated house), ensure that the supporting structure is stable to avoid toilet displacement due to ground settlement.
Step 4: Install the Main Body and Seal Align the sewage outlet of the toilet with the sewage pipe on the ground and slowly lower it until it touches the sealing ring. Keep the toilet vertical during installation to avoid tilting, which may cause the seal to fail. After confirming that the position is correct, connect the toilet to the ground using fixing bolts. When tightening the bolts, apply force symmetrically and gradually to prevent the toilet from cracking due to unilateral stress. The sealing ring is a key component for preventing water leakage. Before installation, you can apply a layer of waterproof glass glue to the sewage pipe opening to enhance the sealing effect.
Step 5: Connect the Sewage Pipe and Test Connect the matching sewage pipe to the sewage outlet of the toilet and the ground pipe, ensuring that there are no gaps at the joints. After installation, conduct a water test: first pour a small amount of clean water into the toilet and observe whether there are any leaks on the ground or at the joints. If there are no abnormalities, flush the toilet 3-5 times to check whether the sewage discharge is smooth and whether there are any blockages. After passing the test, use neutral sealant to seal the edges at the bottom of the toilet to prevent sewage from seeping into the ground.
