Mobile Toilet Installation Guide
Admin October 03, 2026
The installation of mobile toilets requires selecting general steps, winter anti-freezing points, or simplified procedures based on the scenario, as detailed below:

I. General Installation Steps (Applicable to Regular Environments)
- Tool Preparation
After receiving the goods, prepare tools such as an electric drill, a 4.2-millimeter drill bit, and a rivet gun to ensure installation efficiency. - Main Body Assembly
- Install the inner corner components sequentially into the frame structure to ensure a secure connection.
- Insert the panels into the reserved slots, align the splicing surfaces, and drill holes at the panel seams using a drill bit (the hole diameter should match the rivets).
- Insert the rivets and secure them with a rivet gun to ensure there are no gaps between the panels, preventing water leakage or wobbling.
II. Winter Anti-Freezing Installation Points (Applicable to Low-Temperature Areas)
- Site Preprocessing
- Ground Treatment: Check the ground flatness, with a slope controlled between 0.5%-1% for drainage; lay gravel or pour plain concrete foundations to enhance stability.
- Pipe Anti-Freezing: Wrap drainage pipes with insulation cotton with a thickness of ≥5cm, and seal the joints with tape; install anti-freezing valves or drain valves at the ends to prevent residual water from freezing and expanding.
- Power Configuration: Reserve an independent distribution box to ensure the stable operation of the heating system (such as electric heating devices).
- Equipment Fixing and Anti-Freezing
- Use expansion bolts or concrete pouring to fix the toilet main body to prevent displacement due to frost heave.
- Insulate exposed pipes throughout their length, and ensure buried pipes are deeper than the local frost line.
- Usage and Maintenance
- When the temperature drops below -5°C, check the heating system's operation status daily to ensure the water tank and valves do not freeze.
- Promptly clear snow and ice residue to prevent blockage of drainage outlets or damage to the structure.
III. Simplified Procedure (Applicable to Pre-Assembled Products)
- Manufacturer Pre-Assembly Advantages
Some mobile toilets come pre-assembled by the manufacturer, requiring only the assembly of remaining components (such as doors and roofs) and fixation on-site, significantly shortening installation time. - Auxiliary Resource Acquisition
- Contact the manufacturer for installation videos or manuals to reduce errors by following the steps.
- If inexperienced, schedule on-site installation by the manufacturer or a third-party professional to ensure compliance.
Precautions:
- Check the配件 (accessory) list before installation to avoid missing key components (such as rivets and sealing strips).
- Strictly implement anti-freezing measures during winter installation; otherwise, pipe freezing and equipment damage may occur.
- Non-professionals should refer to the manual or video guidance throughout the operation and seek technical support when necessary.
