Mobile Toilet Installation Guide
Here is the installation guide for mobile toilets:

I. General Installation Steps
Tool Preparation
After receiving the goods, prepare tools such as an electric drill, a 4.2-millimeter drill bit, and a rivet gun in advance. For special installation environments (e.g., uneven ground), a level or shims may be additionally required.Corner Installation
Fix the corner components of the mobile toilet in the predetermined positions one by one. The corners usually serve as the supporting structure of the frame, so ensure they are installed firmly to avoid shaking during subsequent assembly.Panel Assembly
Insert the main panels of the toilet into the slots. Align the upper and lower edges during assembly to ensure even gaps. After assembly, use a 4.2-millimeter drill bit to drill holes at the panel connections (the hole spacing should be 10-15 centimeters according to the design requirements). Insert rivets and secure them with a rivet gun. Pay attention to the tightening force of the rivets in this step to avoid panel deformation due to being too loose or too tight.
II. Installation Differences for Different Types
Structural Differences
- Single-unit mobile toilets: The installation process is relatively simple, with the focus on adjusting the verticality and levelness of the frame. Use a level to check and then correct it with shims.
- Composite mobile toilets: May involve multi-layer panel assembly or pre-embedding of internal pipes. Install according to the instructions in sequence to avoid missing key components (such as sewage tanks and ventilation pipes).
Mobility Differences
- Lifting/handling types: Lifting holes or handling handles need to be reserved. During installation, check whether the load-bearing structure is stable to avoid damage during transportation.
- Powered/trailer types: Connect the power supply or trailer device. After installation, test whether the power system (such as the motor and brakes) is functioning properly to ensure safe mobility.
Sewage Treatment Differences
- Flush types: Connect the water inlet and outlet pipes. After installation, conduct a water test to check whether the flushing system is unobstructed to avoid blockages.
- Non-flush suction types: Install the sewage tank and connect the suction pipes. After installation, check the tightness to prevent odor leakage.
- Recirculating flush types: Install the filtration device and water tank. After installation, adjust the recirculating system to ensure that the water quality meets the usage standards.
III. Precautions
If you encounter complex structures or are unsure about certain steps during the installation process, it is recommended to contact customer service for a detailed installation guide or refer directly to the product manual for operation. Different brands and models of mobile toilets may have design differences, and blind installation may lead to functional abnormalities or safety hazards.
