Mobile Toilet Installation Ground Requirements
The ground requirements for mobile toilet installation mainly include being flat and solid, undergoing hardening treatment, and having sufficient load-bearing capacity, as detailed below:

The ground must be flat and solid: The ground where a mobile toilet is installed must be flat, with a flatness error controlled within a range of no more than 5 millimeters. This is because an uneven ground may lead to unstable installation of the toilet, causing it to shake or even topple during use, affecting safety and user experience. If the ground is not flat, it needs to be compacted, either mechanically or manually, to achieve a certain degree of compactness. Alternatively, a concrete bedding layer can be laid, with the thickness determined according to the degree of unevenness of the ground, generally around 5 - 10 centimeters. The concrete bedding layer is used to adjust the flatness of the ground and provide a stable foundation for the mobile toilet.
Hardening treatment is preferable: For the ground where a mobile toilet is installed, hardening treatment is an ideal choice. If the installation site is grassy or soft ground, such ground is loose in texture and cannot provide sufficient support for the mobile toilet, easily leading to sinking or toppling of the toilet. Therefore, it is necessary to lay crushed stones or steel plates in advance. Laying crushed stones can increase the friction and load-bearing capacity of the ground, with a general laying thickness of around 10 - 15 centimeters. Steel plates, on the other hand, can directly provide a hard and flat supporting surface, effectively preventing the toilet from toppling. The thickness of the steel plates can be selected according to the actual situation, generally not less than 5 millimeters.
The ground load-bearing capacity should meet the standard: The ground load-bearing capacity is one of the key indicators for mobile toilet installation and should be no less than 2 tons per square meter. This is because the mobile toilet itself has a certain weight, and during use, the activities of people and the possible storage of items will exert significant pressure on the ground. If the ground load-bearing capacity is insufficient, it may lead to ground subsidence, damage to the structure of the mobile toilet, and even safety accidents. For soft ground, in addition to the aforementioned laying of crushed stones or steel plates, other reinforcement methods can also be adopted, such as foundation grouting, which involves injecting cement slurry and other materials into the ground to improve the compactness and load-bearing capacity of the ground.
