Mobile Toilet Installation Diagram
Admin October 02, 2026
There is no direct installation diagram for mobile toilet bowls, but you can refer to the following text installation steps and relocation methods:

Basic Installation Steps
- Unpacking and Inspection: After receiving the mobile toilet package, open it to check if all accessories are present, including the toilet body, water tank components, sealing ring, and fixing bolts. If any accessories are missing or damaged, contact the supplier promptly for replacements.
- Installation According to Instructions: Mobile toilets usually come with detailed instructions. Follow them strictly during installation. The general process involves placing the sealing ring over the toilet's drainage outlet, aligning it with the floor drainage pipe, and pressing down vertically to ensure a complete fit of the sealing ring; securing the toilet to the floor with bolts to prevent wobbling; connecting the water inlet pipe between the water tank and the toilet, and checking for leaks.
Toilet Relocation Methods (Choose According to Drainage Structure)
- Inter-floor Drainage Relocation
- Short-distance Relocation with a Relocator: Suitable for relocation needs within 40cm. Before waterproofing, chisel out the floor slab by 20-40mm, embed the relocator (one end connected to the original toilet pipe, the other end extending to the target location), level the floor, apply waterproofing (height approximately 20mm), then lay tiles (height approximately 30mm), and finally install the toilet. Note: Relocators longer than 40cm are prone to clogging and should be used with caution.
- Wall-mounted Toilet Design: Achieve long-distance relocation by routing the drainage pipe along the wall. Construct a steel frame in the bathroom, embed the water tank within it, and hang the toilet on the steel frame.
- Raised Floor Relocation: Build a new platform (height approximately 180-200mm), embed the toilet drainage pipe (diameter approximately 110mm), and then lay floor tiles. Suitable for bathrooms without a lowered floor structure.
- Same-floor Drainage Relocation
- Utilizing the Lowered Floor Structure: If the bathroom floor is recessed (250-350mm), you can directly replan the sewage pipes. It is recommended to use a slanted tee connection to avoid increasing the risk of clogging with right-angle bends.
- Raised Floor Slab Relocation: Use lightweight blocks to build a platform (height 180-200mm), embed the drainage pipe, and then lay floor tiles. The original drainage outlet must be abandoned and reconnected to the main drainage pipe.
- Other Inter-floor Drainage Methods
- Relocation from the Ceiling Below: Requires negotiation with the neighbor below to modify the drainage pipe in their ceiling, and ensure proper waterproofing and a trap are installed.
- Conversion to a Wall-mounted Toilet: Construct a steel frame in the bathroom to support the water tank, with the toilet mounted on the frame, suitable for scenarios with high space requirements.
Construction Precautions
- Drainage Slope and Sealing: Maintain a 1%-2% slope for the relocation pipes to ensure smooth drainage; seal the joints with sealant or rubber rings to prevent leaks.
- Reapplication of Waterproofing Layer: Relocation construction may damage the original waterproofing layer. Reapply waterproofing coating (height at least 20cm) and conduct a closed-water test.
- Neighbor Coordination: When involving modifications to the floor below, communicate in advance and sign an agreement to avoid disputes.
