Detailed Steps for Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin October 03, 2026

The installation steps for mobile toilets vary depending on the type, mainly divided into two categories: basic mobile toilets and mobile toilets requiring tool assistance. If toilet relocation is involved, additional operations are required. Here are the specific installation procedures:

Installation of Basic Mobile Toilets

  1. Install Silicone Anti-Slip Pads: Place silicone anti-slip pads into each of the four corners at the bottom of the mobile toilet. The purpose of these pads is to increase friction between the toilet and the ground, preventing the toilet from sliding during use and ensuring safety.
  2. Assemble Upper and Lower Buckets: Align the upper and lower buckets, then press down to secure the buckles, completing the assembly. During assembly, ensure accurate alignment of the upper and lower buckets and tight buckling to avoid looseness or water leakage.

Installation of Mobile Toilets Requiring Tool Assistance

  1. Prepare Tools: After receiving the goods, prepare tools such as an electric drill, a 4.2-millimeter drill bit, and a rivet gun. These tools are essential for the installation process. The electric drill is used for drilling holes, the drill bit should be of the appropriate size, and the rivet gun is used for securing rivets.
  2. Install Inner Corners: Install the inner corners in sequence. The installation of inner corners must be accurate to ensure they can provide support and fixation.
  3. Assemble Panels: Insert the panels into the slots and align them, ensuring the upper and lower panels are aligned. When assembling, carefully check the gaps between the panels to ensure tight assembly and avoid wobbling or unevenness.
  4. Drill Holes: Use the prepared 4.2-millimeter drill bit to drill holes at the corresponding positions. The drilling positions should be determined according to design requirements, and the drill bit should be kept vertical during drilling to avoid drilling off-center or crookedly.
  5. Secure Rivets: Insert rivets and secure them with a rivet gun. The rivets must be firmly secured to ensure tight connections between components and prevent looseness.

Toilet Relocation Operations (if involved)

  1. Cut the Relocation Device: Measure and determine the relocation distance, then use a saw to cut the main body of the relocation device to the appropriate length. Pay attention to the accuracy of the dimensions during cutting to avoid cutting too long or too short.
  2. Connect Components: Use special adhesive to connect the main body of the relocation device with the elbow component. The special adhesive should be applied evenly to ensure a firm connection and prevent water leakage.
  3. Bury the Relocation Device: Cut a groove in the ground, with the width slightly larger than the relocation device, then bury the relocation device in the groove. Pay attention to the flatness and stability of the relocation device during burial to ensure its normal use.

It is recommended to confirm the specific steps according to the product manual or contact customer service to ensure a smooth installation process.
