Detailed Process of Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin October 19, 2026

The detailed process of mobile toilet installation is as follows:

I. Pre-installation Preparation After receiving the mobile toilet shipment, it is necessary to prepare installation tools in advance, including an electric drill, a 4.2-millimeter drill bit, and a rivet gun. The electric drill is used to drill holes in the panels. The 4.2-millimeter drill bit should match the rivet specifications to ensure a secure fixation. The rivet gun is used to insert rivets into the holes and complete the fixation. Before installation, check that all panels and accessories are complete to avoid interruptions due to missing parts.

II. Inner Corner Installation The first step is to install the inner corner structure. Inner corners are the supporting components of the mobile toilet frame, usually located at the corners of the walls. During installation, determine the inner corner positions according to the design drawings. Use an electric drill to drill holes at the marked points, with the hole diameter consistent with the rivet diameter (4.2 millimeters). Align the inner corner with the hole positions, insert the rivets, and fix them with a rivet gun. Ensure that the inner corner is perpendicular to the ground or foundation structure to avoid deviations during subsequent assembly. The stability of the inner corner installation directly affects the overall structural stability and requires special attention.

III. Panel Assembly and Fixation The second step is panel assembly. Insert the panels into the slots of the installed inner corners. When assembling, align the upper and lower edges to ensure even gaps. After assembly, use an electric drill to drill holes at the panel connections. It is recommended to space the holes at intervals of 20-30 centimeters, adjusting according to the panel material and design requirements. After drilling, insert the rivets and fix them one by one with a rivet gun to ensure a tight connection between the panels and inner corners, as well as between the panels themselves. During fixation, pay attention to the insertion depth of the rivets to avoid looseness due to shallow insertion or damage to the panel surface due to deep insertion.

IV. Detail Inspection and Adjustment After completing the main assembly, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the mobile toilet. Focus on checking whether the rivets are firmly fixed, whether the panel assembly is flat, and whether the inner corners are perpendicular. If any looseness or misalignment is found, promptly add rivets or adjust the panel positions. Additionally, check whether the installation positions of accessories such as doors, windows, and ventilation openings are accurate to ensure normal functionality. After installation, perform a trial run test, such as checking whether the flushing system and lighting equipment are working properly.

Precautions: During installation, wear protective gloves and goggles to avoid injury from debris generated during electric drill operation. If installing outdoors, choose a flat ground and fix the base to prevent the mobile toilet from tilting due to uneven ground.
