Mobile Toilet Installation Contract
A mobile toilet installation contract typically includes the following key elements:

I. Contract Party Information
Clearly specify the names, addresses, contact persons, and contact details of the purchaser (Party A) and the supplier (Party B). For example, in the Xichuan County Southern Water Town Project, Party A is the Xichuan County Urban Management Bureau, and Party B is Henan Fangxia Construction Engineering Co., Ltd.; in the Hebi City Qibin District Project, the contract is signed between the Hebi City Qibin District Environmental Sanitation Service Center and Hebi Xingheng Industrial Co., Ltd. The contract party information is the foundation of legal validity and must be accurate.
II. Contract Amount and Payment Method
The contract amount should clearly state the total price and its composition. For instance, the total amount for the Hebi City Qibin District Project is 786,000 yuan, covering public toilet installation, ancillary infrastructure, and internal facility costs; the total amount for the Luohe City Project is 965,300 yuan, with unit prices calculated based on specifications and models (e.g., 4+1 type). Payment methods are usually linked to acceptance. For example, in the Hebi City Project, Party A is required to make a full payment in one lump sum after Party B completes the supply and installation and passes the acceptance; the Luohe City Project does not specify installment terms but requires the provision of formal invoices.
III. Procurement Content and Technical Requirements
Detail the specifications, models, quantities, and functional configurations of the mobile toilets. For example, the Hebi City Qibin District Project procures 4 mobile public toilets with the configuration of '1 management room + 2 toilet compartments + 1 third toilet', priced at 130,000 yuan each; the Luohe City Project procures 5 '4+1' type eco-friendly public toilets, priced at 193,060 yuan each. Technical requirements must comply with bidding parameters, such as the goods must be brand-new and in stock, spare parts and accessories should be provided as promised in the bidding documents, and the warranty period is usually one year.
IV. Performance Period and Location
Specify the supply and installation cycle and location. The Xichuan County Project requires completion within 30 days after contract signing, the Hebi City Project within 60 days, and the Luohe City Project does not specify an exact number of days but limits it to within Luohe City. The supply location is generally a location designated by Party A, and Party B is responsible for transportation, installation, and packaging costs, with packaging standards complying with national regulations.
V. Acceptance and Liability for Breach of Contract
Acceptance standards should be implemented according to bidding parameters and the selected plan. The Hebi City Project stipulates acceptance within 7 days after installation is completed, with losses from non-compliance borne by Party B. Regarding liability for breach of contract, Party B may be disqualified and required to compensate for losses in case of overdue supply, such as the Hebi City Project explicitly prohibiting the defaulting party from participating in subsequent government procurement; circumstances under which Party A has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract include Party B's bankruptcy, unauthorized alteration of the bid price, or fraud.
