Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin October 08, 2026

The installation methods for mobile toilets vary depending on the type, mainly divided into two categories: mobile toilets and kiosk-like mobile toilets.

Installation of Mobile Toilets

  • Simple Six-Step Installation Method: After receiving the goods, first open the package and carefully check if all accessories are complete, which is the foundation for ensuring smooth installation. After that, you can contact customer service for detailed installation instructions or follow the product's built-in manual for installation. This method is relatively simple and suitable for the installation of most ordinary mobile toilets.
  • Installation of Dual-Purpose Mobile Toilets (Squat and Sit):
    • When installing the toilet flange, accurately align the center of the flange with the center of the drain pipe, and then place the toilet steadily. This is an important step to ensure a tight connection between the toilet and the drain pipe and prevent leaks.
    • Install the angle valve and connect the three-way joint for the water inlet and the sprayer, ensuring the water connections are correct to provide a guarantee for subsequent normal use.
    • Screw on the toilet water inlet hose, making sure to tighten it to avoid leaks.
    • Assemble the toilet sprayer, tighten the sealing gaskets at both ends, and after assembly, connect it to the other end of the three-way joint to ensure the sprayer's sealing and stability.
    • Forcefully clamp the sprayer bracket onto the top of the three-way joint to ensure the sprayer is securely installed in the appropriate position.
    • Finally, conduct a toilet water test to check for leaks at all connection points. If there are no issues, apply sealant to fix it, enhancing the installation's firmness and sealing.

Installation of Kiosk-Like Mobile Toilets

After receiving the goods, prepare tools such as an electric drill, a 4.2mm drill bit, and a rivet gun in advance. - The first step is to install the inner corners sequentially to provide frame support for subsequent panel assembly. - The second step is to insert the panels into the slots, align them properly, ensuring the top and panels are aligned. Then, drill holes, insert rivets, and secure them with a rivet gun to tightly connect all panels together, forming a stable overall structure.
