Mobile Toilet Innovation
The innovation of mobile toilets is reflected in multiple aspects such as material design, structural production, sewage circulation, energy supply, intelligent management, user experience, and creative transformation.

Material and Design Innovation: Some mobile toilets in scenic spots are welded with thickened galvanized square tubes, solving the problem of rusting. Light-steel mobile toilets use hot-dip galvanized steel keels as the main framework, paired with colored coated steel plates or composite insulation panels. The main body weight is reduced by about 60%, and the seismic and wind resistance levels are significantly improved. Moreover, the internal partitions, squatting positions layout, and exterior styling can be flexibly customized according to needs.
Structural and Production Innovation: Light-steel mobile toilets adopt modular prefabrication. The skeleton welding, panel covering, and pipeline embedding are completed in standardized workshops. The factory production accuracy is controlled at the millimeter level. On-site, they are connected and fixed with high-strength bolts, and simultaneously connected to the water supply and drainage system and energy-saving equipment, enabling instant installation and use and greatly shortening the construction period.
Sewage and Circulation System Innovation: The internal circulation system of Beijing's mobile integrated toilets adopts multi-stage treatment technology. After solid-liquid separation, biological treatment, and filtration and disinfection, part of the sewage is reused for non-potable purposes such as toilet flushing, forming an internal water circulation and reducing dependence on external water sources. Light-steel mobile toilets reserve various sewage discharge interfaces such as vacuum suction, ecological degradation, and direct connection to septic tanks, adapting to environmental emission standards in different regions.
Energy Supply Innovation: Beijing's mobile integrated toilets are generally equipped with photovoltaic power generation components. Solar panels are installed on the roof or the sunny side of the exterior walls, converting light energy into electrical energy and storing it in battery packs for use in lighting, ventilation systems, and control equipment operation. Some advanced models are also equipped with energy management systems that automatically adjust energy consumption according to usage frequency.
Intelligent Management System Innovation: Through various sensors, equipment operation data is collected, such as occupancy sensors to detect the usage status of toilet stalls, environmental sensors to monitor internal temperature, humidity, and ammonia concentration, and equipment operation sensors to track water and electricity consumption. All data is transmitted to the management platform through IoT modules, allowing maintenance personnel to remotely monitor the real-time status of the equipment and achieve preventive maintenance.
User Experience Innovation: In terms of detailed design, public space behavior patterns are considered. Barrier-free access and interior space are provided to meet the needs of wheelchair users. Baby care stations and child safety seats are equipped, and emergency call buttons are installed in easily accessible locations.
Creative Transformation Innovation: Some people have transformed waste plastic buckets into multi-functional toilets that can be freely moved outdoors by installing universal wheels, making door frame structures, and embedding aluminum panels.
