Mobile Toilet Homemade Washing Machine
Admin October 19, 2026
Currently, there is no complete plan for a 'mobile toilet homemade washing machine', but attempts can be made by combining general methods for homemade washing machines with the characteristics of mobile toilets, with a focus on considerations such as space, water and electricity, and waterproofing.

I. Basic Steps for Homemade Washing Machine
- Water Storage Tank Modification: Select a water storage tank of an appropriate size, lay it on its side, and use a jigsaw to cut it in half lengthwise, retaining one half as the washing tub.
- Frame Construction: Weld a fixed frame using steel pipes to ensure structural stability. After completion, move it outdoors (if installing inside a mobile toilet, plan the space in advance to avoid occupying too much area).
- Installation of Core Components:
- Secure the washing machine clutch in the middle of the frame with self-tapping screws.
- Install the motor next to the clutch, also fixing it with screws to ensure alignment.
- Positioning and Drilling of the Water Storage Tank:
- Place the cut water storage tank in the frame, aligning it with the clutch.
- Drill a drainage hole at the bottom of the tank and an inlet hole at the middle height of the tank body. Install direct connectors and connect them to a switch valve and elbows for easy control of water inlet and outlet.
- Agitator and Drive System:
- Reinstall and secure the agitator basin.
- Connect the clutch and the motor's pulley with a belt to ensure that the motor can drive the agitator to rotate at high speed when running.
- Power Supply and Startup: Install a starting capacitor for the motor, connect it to the power supply, and test its operation.
II. Additional Considerations for Installation in Mobile Toilets
- Space Optimization: Given the limited space in mobile toilets, choose a small water storage tank or reduce the frame size to avoid interfering with normal toilet use (such as for defecation and cleaning).
- Water and Electricity Layout:
- Water Inlet: Draw a pipe from the toilet's existing water source or install a small water tank to ensure a stable water supply.
- Water Drainage: Connect the drainage hole to the toilet's sewage pipe to prevent sewage overflow.
- Electrical Circuit: The motor should be wired separately and equipped with a leakage protection device to ensure electrical safety.
- Waterproofing and Moisture Resistance:
- Waterproof the motor, clutch, and other components (e.g., by wrapping them in waterproof film).
- Seal the contact surfaces between the frame and the water storage tank to prevent water from seeping into the toilet floor.
- Regularly inspect the electrical circuit and component rust during long-term use.
III. Precautions
Currently, there is a lack of complete cases for homemade washing machines in mobile toilets. Practical operations should be flexibly adjusted according to the toilet's structure. It is recommended to draw a design plan and simulate the installation first to ensure feasibility before proceeding.
