High-Strength Materials for Mobile Toilets
Common high-strength materials used in mobile toilets include stainless steel, fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP), ceramics, artificial quartz stone, aluminum alloy, phenolic resin board, color-coated steel plate, polyester fiber board, and microcrystalline stone, among others.

Stainless steel, such as 304 stainless steel, has a yield strength of ≥205MPa and a tensile strength of ≥520MPa. It exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, making it highly suitable for the walls and floors of mobile toilets, where it can withstand long-term exposure to humid environments and chemical substances within the toilet.
Fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) uses glass fibers and their products as reinforcing materials and synthetic resins as the matrix material, with a bending strength of over 100MPa. It has good resistance to various chemical substances and can maintain structural stability and integrity in environments like mobile toilets, where it may come into contact with various cleaning agents and excreta chemicals.
Ceramics, such as fully glazed ceramic floor tiles, have a Mohs hardness of 6-7. They are highly wear-resistant and strong, capable of resisting common acid and alkali corrosion. When used on the floors of mobile toilets, they can withstand frequent foot traffic and friction while being resistant to damage from cleaning agents and other chemicals.
Artificial quartz stone has a hardness of up to 7 and a compressive strength of no less than 150MPa. It has good resistance to stains and chemicals and can be seamlessly joined. This makes it widely used on countertops and walls in mobile toilets, where it is not only aesthetically pleasing but also easy to clean and maintain.
Aluminum alloy, such as 6061 aluminum alloy, has a tensile strength of ≥200MPa. It has good corrosion and oxidation resistance, is lightweight, and easy to install. It can be used in the wall frames and floor decorative strips of mobile toilets, ensuring structural strength while reducing overall weight for easy movement and installation.
Phenolic resin board has high mechanical strength, with an impact strength of over 10kJ/m². It has good chemical stability and can withstand a certain amount of external impact and chemical erosion.
Color-coated steel plate, such as double-sided color-coated steel plate with polyurethane foam in between, has a yield strength of ≥235MPa for the steel plate. It has high overall structural strength and corrosion resistance and is commonly used for the outer shell of mobile toilets, providing good protection and thermal insulation.
Polyester fiber board has a static bending strength of ≥30MPa. It is waterproof, moisture-proof, and insect-resistant, capable of resisting moisture and microbial erosion, making it suitable for internal partitions in mobile toilets.
Microcrystalline stone has a Mohs hardness of 5-6. It has high compressive strength and strong chemical stability, effectively resisting chemicals and friction within the toilet, and can be used for wall and floor decoration in mobile toilets.
