Mobile Toilet Freight Template
The mobile toilet freight template typically includes three parts: basic transportation costs, site condition impacts, and additional service fees. The specific costs need to be comprehensively determined based on the transportation distance, method, site conditions, and additional service requirements.

I. Basic Transportation Costs
- Transportation Distance: Costs are positively correlated with distance, usually based on the actual distance from the production or rental site to the usage site. For example, in the Kaifeng construction site project, delivery and installation within 5 kilometers in the urban area are generally included in the basic costs. If the distance exceeds 5 kilometers, an additional freight charge of 50-100 yuan per vehicle trip may be applied. For long-distance transportation, charges are calculated based on kilometers, with specific standards to be negotiated with the supplier.
- Transportation Method: Land transportation is the primary method, with costs affected by road conditions and vehicle types. Short-distance (within 30 kilometers) transportation costs approximately 300-800 yuan per vehicle per trip. For long-distance transportation, further calculations are required based on vehicle type (such as large trucks or small trucks) and road conditions. If cross-province or remote areas are involved, additional fuel surcharges or highway tolls may be required.
II. Site Condition Impacts
- Special Terrain Fees: If the usage site is located on special terrains such as garden stone pavements, mountainous areas, or soft soil foundations, where ordinary vehicles cannot directly reach, cranes or special transportation tools need to be called in, resulting in an additional fee of 500-1000 yuan. For example, mountainous projects may require segmented transportation due to narrow roads, leading to increased labor and equipment costs.
- Loading and Unloading Difficulty: When the site space is narrow, there are no lifting equipment, or the loading and unloading positions are complex, the reduced loading and unloading efficiency will drive up labor costs. For example, high-rise construction sites may require the use of elevators or lifting equipment to transport mobile toilets, potentially incurring additional lifting fees.
III. Additional Service Fees
- Insurance Fees: To mitigate transportation risks, suppliers may require the purchase of transportation insurance, with fees charged as a certain proportion of the toilet's value, usually 1%-3% of the contract price.
- Loading and Unloading Fees: This includes the service of unloading the toilet from the transportation vehicle to the designated location, with fees determined based on the toilet's weight and loading and unloading difficulty, approximately 200-500 yuan per loading and unloading.
- Other Additional Fees: Such as tolls, bridge fees, and parking fees, need to be calculated based on the actual route and local policies. For example, cross-province transportation may involve multiple highway tolls, requiring advance route planning and cost estimation.
Special Case Reference: In contracts for microbial mobile toilets, freight may be included in the contract price, but it needs to be clarified whether it covers installation fees, debugging fees, transportation insurance fees, etc. For remote construction sites or high-rise projects, lifting fees need to be listed separately. It is recommended to sign a written contract with the supplier to clarify cost details and liability for breach of contract to avoid later disputes.
