Mobile Toilet Frame Structure Diagram

Admin October 07, 2026

The frame of a mobile toilet is generally composed of a framework structure welded from steel. Although there is no specific structural diagram, its common structural components can be introduced.

Bottom Structure

The bottom of a mobile toilet is usually welded using channel steel or I-beams. Channel steel and I-beams have high strength and stability, enabling them to bear the overall weight of the mobile toilet as well as the loads generated by personnel activities during use. This bottom structure provides a solid foundation for the entire mobile toilet, ensuring its stability when placed on different ground surfaces and maintaining structural integrity during multiple lifting and relocation processes without easily deforming.

Column Structure

Columns are generally made of square steel. The four flat surfaces of square steel facilitate connection and fixation with other components. In the framework structure of a mobile toilet, columns play a vertical support role, transferring the loads from the bottom upwards while providing installation support points for walls and roofs. The specification selection of square steel is determined based on the size and usage requirements of the mobile toilet to ensure sufficient load-bearing capacity.

Main Support Structure

The overall framework is usually supported by galvanized steel pipes or lightweight steel structures. Galvanized steel pipes have good rust resistance, allowing long-term use in humid and other harsh environments without rusting, thereby extending the service life of the mobile toilet. Lightweight steel structures are characterized by their light weight and high strength, ensuring both the structural stability of the mobile toilet and facilitating transportation and installation. This structure enables the mobile toilet to remain undeformed even after multiple lifting and relocation processes, meeting the needs of frequent movement.

Wall Structure

The mainstream material used for walls is sandwich panels. Sandwich panels have color-coated steel sheets or aluminum sheets on both sides, with polystyrene, rock wool, or polyurethane foam sandwiched in between. Color-coated steel sheets or aluminum sheets are aesthetically pleasing and corrosion-resistant, protecting the intermediate sandwich material. Polystyrene, rock wool, or polyurethane foam provide good thermal insulation, sound insulation, and heat insulation properties, creating a comfortable environment for users.
