Mobile Toilet Frame Production Process
The production process of mobile toilet frames varies depending on the material used. Common materials include metal, fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP), and plastic. The specific production processes are as follows:

Metal Materials (Galvanized Sheet/Aluminum Alloy)
- Main Frame Production: Square steel and angle steel are used as the main load-bearing structures. Based on the design drawings, the overall steel structure frame is constructed through cutting and welding processes. It is necessary to ensure the strength and stability of the frame to withstand the stresses during transportation, lifting, and use. The welding process must be stable, with uniform welds to avoid deformation.
- Corrosion Protection and Surface Treatment: After welding, the steel components must be thoroughly derusted and then subjected to hot-dip galvanizing or spraying with anti-rust primer. If the wall panels are made of galvanized sheets, although they have inherent anti-rust properties, the joints still need to be sealed to prevent rust.
Fiberglass-Reinforced Plastic (FRP) Materials
- Mold Preparation: First, a high-precision master mold is produced, and then a production FRP mold is made from the master mold. The quality of the mold directly affects the appearance and dimensional accuracy of the product, so it is necessary to ensure a smooth surface without defects.
- Resin Coating and Fiber Laying: A gel coat resin is evenly applied to the surface of the mold. After it has partially cured, unsaturated polyester resin is alternately applied, and glass fiber cloth is manually laid layer by layer. After each layer is laid, a roller is used to remove air bubbles. This process is repeated 3-5 times to form a shell, ensuring structural strength and weather resistance.
Plastic Materials
The rotational molding process is used: Polyethylene powder is placed into a metal mold, and through rotation and heating, the powder melts and evenly adheres to the inner wall of the mold. After cooling, the mold is removed to form the frame. This process is suitable for mass production and has lower costs, but it is necessary to control the heating temperature and rotation speed to ensure the uniformity of the frame.
Mobile Toilets on Construction Sites (Presumably Metal Frames)
The box frames are usually welded from metal profiles, requiring stable welding processes and uniform welds to ensure that the overall frame does not deform during lifting and transportation. Some designs use reinforcing ribs or corner brackets to enhance structural stability, adapting to the frequent movement requirements on construction sites.
The production of frames from different materials should be selected based on the usage scenario, cost, and durability requirements. Metal materials are suitable for long-term use, while FRP and plastic materials are lighter and have excellent corrosion resistance.
