How to Set Up a Mobile Toilet for a Mobile House

Admin October 10, 2026

The construction and position adjustment of a mobile toilet for a mobile house can be achieved through modular design, mobile devices, quick-connect systems, and standardized operations. The specific steps are as follows:

1. Modular Design and Mobile Device Configuration

Mobile toilets adopt a modular design, integrating pipes, sewage systems, and other components into independent functional units for easy transportation. Standard models are equipped with heavy-duty universal or directional wheels, with wheel diameters ranging from 200-400mm. The wheels are made of polyurethane or rubber, with a single-wheel load capacity of up to 300-500 kilograms, suitable for hardened roads, cement floors, or flat grassy areas. If manual movement is required, ensure the front wheels turn flexibly and the rear wheels are locked, with a pushing speed controlled within 5km/h. If using a forklift, ensure the forks are fully inserted, the center of gravity is stable, and the lifting speed does not exceed 0.3m/s.

2. Fabrication and Installation Process (Taking Water Storage Tank Modification as an Example)

  • Basic Structure Construction: Fix universal wheels at the bottom of the pallet, place and cut the water storage tank to form an open tank, and stack and fix two tanks to increase space.
  • Functional Facility Installation: After cutting the doorway, drill holes in the internal floor to install drainage elbows and pipes, secure the toilet and apply sealant; install faucets, sinks, showers, and other facilities, ensuring tightness.
  • Door and Detail Handling: Fix wooden boards as doors, check all connections for firmness to prevent leaks or looseness.

3. Quick Connection and Fixing System

  • Sewage/Water Supply Connection: Standardized quick-connect fittings are used to quickly connect to municipal sewage networks or septic tanks; self-contained toilets have a bottom sewage collection tank with a capacity of 200-400 liters, equipped with a trolley-type sewage outlet for easy cleaning.
  • Leveling and Fixing: After position adjustment, use adjustable foot bolts on the chassis (adjustment range 50-100mm) for leveling; for temporary outdoor use, fix with expansion bolts or screw piles (length 300-600mm) to prevent displacement.

4. Operation Process and Precautions

  • Preparation Before Movement: Clear obstacles along the path, ensure the ground bearing capacity is not less than 5 tons/square meter, and avoid moving on soft soil or loose sand.
  • Inspection After Movement: Use a level to check the levelness, connect sewage pipes, water inlet pipes, and power (if any), check for tightness, and conduct a water test.
  • Avoidance of High-Risk Operations: Do not move on slopes without locking the wheels or forcibly move the wheeled toilet to unsuitable ground to prevent tipping or structural damage.

By following these steps, the mobile toilet for a mobile house can achieve flexible construction, safe movement, and stable use, meeting temporary or long-term needs.
