Mobile Toilet for Events

Admin October 17, 2026

Mobile toilets for events are facilities that can be moved as a whole and placed in fixed or temporary locations to provide toilet services for the public and customers.

Suitable Locations

Mobile toilets for events are suitable for stations, docks, tourist attractions, villa areas, newly built residential communities, large construction sites, squares, densely populated public places, and bustling commercial streets. These places have a high volume of foot traffic, and the demand for toilet facilities is relatively concentrated and may change over time. Mobile toilets can flexibly meet the usage needs in different scenarios.

Composition Structure

They are generally composed of fecal sewage storage tanks (or fecal sewage treatment devices), floor slabs, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. These components work together to achieve the basic functions of mobile toilets, such as storing and treating fecal sewage and providing toilet space and sanitary facilities.

Production Methods

Some young people have built portable toilets using buckets. They installed universal wheels on wooden boards as the base, placed the cut buckets on top, fixed the bucket bodies with wooden strips, cut the buckets to create entrances and exits, extended and heightened them with aluminum-plastic panels, installed bucket lids, made wooden doors, connected drainage pipes and floor drains, installed green buckets with water pipe connectors, and made shower heads with PVC pipes. Others have used water storage tanks and pallets for production. They fixed universal wheels at the bottom of the pallets, placed the water storage tanks, cut the water storage tanks to form open tank bodies, stacked and fixed two water storage tanks, cut out doorways, opened drainage ports to install toilets, and installed faucets, washbasins, and shower heads.

Types and Characteristics

According to the structural form, they can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. According to the moving method, they can be divided into hoisting and handling mobile toilets, powered and towed mobile toilets. According to the sewage treatment method, they can be divided into water-flushing and non-water-flushing suction mobile toilets, circulating water-flushing mobile toilets, and dry-packing mobile toilets. Their characteristics include being easy to transport to any place where toilets need to be set up, being reusable multiple times, and having the advantages of mobility, combinability, and convenient transportation.

Design Principles

The design of mobile toilets should follow the principles of mobility and convenience, economic durability; environmental protection and ecological friendliness, being beneficial to the environment; improving efficiency, and promoting humanity. The overall structure should be lightweight, using lightweight and durable materials as much as possible. The structure should be sturdy. When designing, the height and width of the toilet should also be considered, and the mobile device should be fully considered for completeness and rationality.
