Mobile Toilet Foot Flush Device
The mobile toilet foot flush device is a sanitary fixture that controls the opening and closing of water flow through foot pedal operation. It features core functions such as non-contact operation, hydraulic control, and prevention of sewage backflow, making it suitable for public or mobile sanitation scenarios.

1. Structure and Materials
The main body of the foot flush device is typically made of copper and coated with a hard chrome layer, providing both corrosion resistance and mechanical strength to withstand outdoor or high-frequency use environments. Its core components include four parts: the valve body, pedal mechanism, anti-fouling separator, and opening mechanism:
- Valve body: Controls the opening and closing of the water flow channel, enabling power-free operation through hydraulic principles.
- Pedal mechanism: Users trigger mechanical linkage by stepping on the pedal. Some products adopt a dual-position pedal design, allowing differentiation between flushing modes for urination and defecation to optimize water usage.
- Anti-fouling separator: Integrates a one-way valve structure to effectively prevent sewage from flowing back into the water supply system, avoiding cross-contamination.
- Opening mechanism: Driven by the pressure difference on both sides of the piston, it utilizes water pressure for automatic resetting without requiring additional power sources.
2. Operating Principle and Functional Features
- Hydraulic control: The core mechanism relies on the pressure difference on both sides of the piston. When the pedal is stepped on, the piston moves, altering the water pressure distribution and opening the valve to release water. Upon release, the pressure difference pushes the piston back, closing the valve and achieving a 1-10 second delayed self-closing function to prevent prolonged water wastage.
- Non-contact operation: Users do not need to touch the device with their hands, significantly reducing the risk of cross-infection, especially suitable for public sanitation scenarios.
- Wide water pressure adaptability: The operating water pressure range covers 0.05-0.6MPa, compatible with various water supply conditions, including temporary water supply systems in mobile toilets.
- High durability: Passing 200,000 pedal tests, it ensures long-term stability and reduces maintenance frequency.
3. Intelligent Extended Applications
Some products incorporate intelligent technologies. For example, the Kadier foot-operated intelligent flush tank achieves 100% precise flushing through sensor and hydraulic system collaboration, preventing insufficient or excessive water usage. Similar principles are also applied to the foot-kick flushing function of smart toilets, further expanding non-contact operation scenarios.
4. Application Scenarios
The mobile toilet foot flush device is widely used in scenarios such as temporary events, construction sites, and tourist attractions. Its power-free design, anti-fouling performance, and water-saving characteristics make it an ideal choice for mobile sanitation facilities.
