Mobile Toilet Foaming Device Atlas

Admin October 11, 2026

Currently, there is no publicly available standard atlas of mobile toilet foaming devices for direct access, but their structural composition can be understood through their working principles, core components, and design points.

A mobile toilet foaming device is a piece of equipment that achieves water conservation, deodorization, and cleaning functions through a foam mixture. Its core principle involves mixing a foaming agent with water in a specific ratio and using a high-pressure pump or air pump to generate abundant foam, which covers the inner walls of the toilet bowl to form a lubricating layer, reducing the adhesion of excreta and blocking odors. Its design must balance foaming efficiency, stability, and environmental friendliness, and it is commonly found in ecological toilets, temporary event venues, and other scenarios.

Core Components and Structural Composition

  1. Foaming Liquid Storage Tank: Used to store the mixture of foaming agent and water, typically made of corrosion-resistant materials and equipped with a liquid level sensor to monitor the remaining amount, preventing foaming interruption due to a lack of liquid.
  2. Mixing Pump: Mixes the foaming agent with water in a preset ratio (e.g., 1:50). Some devices use the Venturi tube principle for power-free mixing to reduce energy consumption; high-end models may be equipped with an electric stirrer to ensure uniformity.
  3. Foaming Generator: Converts the mixture into foam through high-pressure gas (e.g., an air compressor) or mechanical stirring. Key parameters include foam density, expansion ratio (usually 10-50 times), and stability, which need to be adjusted according to the usage scenario.
  4. Foam Delivery Pipeline: Connects the generator to the toilet bowl. The pipeline must have an anti-clogging design, and some devices use a detachable structure for easy maintenance; the end of the pipeline may be equipped with a nozzle to ensure uniform coverage of the toilet bowl's inner walls with foam.
  5. Control Module: Integrates sensors, solenoid valves, and a PLC controller to achieve automated operation. For example, it can automatically start foaming upon detecting the fall of excreta through an infrared sensor or spray foam at regular intervals to maintain cleanliness.

Design Points and Optimization Directions

  • Water Conservation: Reduce water consumption by optimizing the foam expansion ratio; some devices can achieve a single toilet flush with less than 0.5 liters of water.
  • Environmental Friendliness: Select biodegradable foaming agents to avoid environmental pollution; some devices integrate a wastewater recovery system to filter and recycle flushing water for foaming.
  • Adaptability: For cold regions, add a heating module to prevent pipeline freezing; for high-altitude areas, adjust the air pump pressure to adapt to low-pressure environments.

For specific atlases, it is recommended to contact mobile toilet manufacturers (such as CIMC Group, Comba Telecom, etc.) for technical manuals or refer to schematic diagrams in national standards such as the "Technical Specification for Mobile Toilets" (GB/T 38837-2020).
