Mobile Toilet Foam Generation Process
The foam generation process in mobile toilets mainly involves two core steps: foam generation and foam injection, as detailed below:

During the foam generation phase, mobile toilets are equipped with a specialized foam-generating device, which is the key equipment for producing foam. After a user finishes using the toilet, the device initiates the foam-generating process in two ways: either automatically triggered by sensors or manually started by the user pressing a relevant button. Once activated, the foam-generating device mixes a specially formulated foam-generating liquid with a small amount of water and air. The foam-generating liquid is specially prepared and has excellent foaming properties, enabling it to rapidly produce a large amount of foam when mixed with water and air. These mixed substances undergo specific physical and chemical reactions in the foam-generating chamber, resulting in the generation of a large quantity of fine and dense foam.
The core components of the foam-generating device include a foam-generating cylinder, a liquid storage tank, and a liquid level balancing tank. The liquid storage tank is used to store the specialized foam-generating liquid, while the liquid level balancing tank employs the principle of a U-tube to stabilize the amount of foam-generating liquid. During the foam-generating process, the liquid level balancing tank can automatically adjust the supply of foam-generating liquid based on the foam generation situation inside the foam-generating cylinder, ensuring the stability and continuity of the foam-generating process. Simultaneously, compressed air is introduced into the foam-generating device and thoroughly mixed with the foam-generating liquid and water, further promoting foam generation and forming a long-lasting foam layer.
In the foam injection phase, the generated foam is accurately injected into the interior of the toilet bowl. The injection process requires precise control of the foam flow rate and injection position to ensure that the foam evenly covers the surface of the excrement. Once the foam is injected into the toilet bowl, it quickly forms a dense foam layer on the surface of the excrement. This foam layer serves multiple purposes. On one hand, it effectively isolates odors, preventing unpleasant smells from spreading into the surrounding environment and improving the user experience of the mobile toilet. On the other hand, the foam layer reduces the contact between the excrement and the toilet bowl walls, making cleaning easier and also providing a certain lubricating effect to facilitate the discharge of the excrement.
